Imereti resort or village Sirius (Sochi)

Imereti resort (Imeretinka) or Sirius located in the very south of the Krasnodar Territory near Adler (Sirius on the map). This is the southernmost Black Sea resort of Russia, immediately behind it begins Abkhazia. Previously (until 2020), the title of the southernmost resort belonged to the village of Veseloe, but now its coastal territory is occupied by Sirius.

So, Imereti resort or Sirius is a young beach resort with a well-developed infrastructure, wide streets, new hotels and sanatoriums, a well-equipped promenade and long beaches. Khosta (Sochi)

Khosta - beach and therapeutic resort in Greater Sochi, located 20 kilometers south of the center of Sochi (Khosta city center on the map). This is a traditional beach resort, which is famous for its beautiful nature, clean air, and even, as it is considered, a milder climate compared to neighboring resorts.

But not only beach holidays and a comfortable subtropical climate attract vacationers and tourists here. On the territory of Khostinsky district there are many interesting natural and historical sights. But keep in mind that the host has features that will not appeal to every vacationer. The beach line here is divided into short sections by old concrete breakwaters from Soviet times, and a railway runs along the coast through the whole of Khost. Access to the beach makes it difficult and "decorates" the resort with rows of barbed wire on fences. As a result, you can go to the beaches in just a few places: in the center near the mouth of the Khosta River; passage next to the railway station, from the Sanatorium "Cape Vidny", near the stop "branch of the sanatorium "Aurora".

Lazarevskoye (Sochi)

Lazarevskoye is perfect for all tourists, including families with children. It will not be boring here and young people, for this you just need to choose the right place to relax. The most fun and party place is the center of the neighborhood. If you settle on the outskirts or in general in other resorts of the Lazarevsky district, you will find yourself in a calmer and quieter environment, but without a developed infrastructure and tourist Entertainments nearby. This is a very popular beach resort with a well-developed infrastructure and a large number of budget accommodation options. Actually, it is the latter that stands out among all the other more or less developed and large resorts of Sochi. If you do not have large funds for rest in expensive Sochi hotels or did not have time in advance before the start of the season to book accommodation at a reasonable price, then Loo is one of your options.

Rest here will appeal to all categories and ages of vacationers, but if you are looking for a place where there are beaches and entertainment, it is better to go to another resort, such as Adler or the center of Sochi. Here the atmosphere is calmer, although it is not worth considering that it is like in the village. At the height of the beach season, the promenade is quite noisy and fun: cafes and restaurants work, simple Entertainments, music plays everywhere.

Krasnaya Polyana (Sochi)

There are from 6 to 40 lifts, depending on the method of counting, and at least 30 trails of different complexity and for different sports. In summer, Krasnaya Polyana becomes an excursion place and a mountain resort. Vacationers at this time in the beach resorts of Sochi most often come here during the day on their own or with excursions in order to climb the mountains on one of the cable cars operating in the summer season especially for tourists, and visit other interesting places and attractions, such as: many hiking trails, waterfalls, dolmens, museums and even a water park.

Anapa

Anapa is one of the most developed and popular resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, known for its long sandy beaches and very well-developed tourist infrastructure. Anapa is perfect for tourists of all categories and ages, but first of all we would advise you to go here with children of younger and middle age (up to 12 years) because of the peculiarities of the local beach and a lot of entertainment for children.

There are excellent beaches, perhaps some of the best in this part of the Black Sea coast. The resort has pebble beaches, but there are very few of them. But, of course, the calling card is the long and shallow sandy beaches, which are great for relaxing with children, or if you do not know how to swim. All beaches in Anapa are free and publicly accessible with the exception of one section of the coast, which was occupied by the Golden Bay hotel.

Vityazevo (Anapa)

The beach here is exceptionally Sandy, with a moderate depth that allows children to swim and adults to swim. The coast is very wide, in some places reaches 150 meters, and all this is pure yellow sand. Dzhemete (Anapa)

It is quite suitable for the recreation of older people and the elderly with a small caveat: the infrastructure and entertainment here are more "sharpened" for family holidays. Unlike the neighboring Anapa and Vityazevo, the situation here is a little calmer, but there is everything for recreation and entertainment.

Bolshoy Utrish (Anapa)

Bolshoy Utrish - a village on the Black Sea coast in the city of Anapa, 20 kilometers from the city center (Bolshoy Utrish on the map. The big problem of the resort is the lack of free parking: you can leave the car only in paid parking for 100 rubles/hour.

Sukko (Anapa)

Sukko is not as well developed and popular as Anapa, but this is just one of the reasons why you can choose this village for recreation. Staying here, you will rest relatively close to the entertainment center in Anapa and will be able to get there at any time by bus, and at the same time you will relax in a calm, almost rustic atmosphere.

Another reason for choosing this place is a wide shallow Pebble Beach. Yes, not everyone likes the sandy beaches of Anapa with their shallow depth and muddy water. In this regard, Sukko is more suitable for adults: the water here is more transparent, and the depth begins literally from the first meters from the shore.

Gelendzhik

At the same time, what is good, here you can find a place for a quiet rest in sanatoriums and hotels with their own territory, and stay in a noisy and party center. There are sandy and pebble beaches. It is worth saying that from season to season the state of individual beaches may change, since some of them bring sand, but in general, traditionally only the Central City Beach is Sandy, and all the others are pebbly or even concrete.

Kabardinka

There is a well-developed urban and tourist infrastructure, there are shops, tourist Entertainments and a large selection of accommodation options.

This resort is a kind of golden mean for recreation among all the beach resorts of Greater Gelendzhik. The resort is well developed and equipped, there is entertainment, and at the same time it is not as noisy and hectic as in the center of Gelendzhik. At the same time, if you compare it with Divnomorskoye and other villages in the neighborhood, it looks almost like a city. The coastal strip of Kabardinka stretches for more than six kilometers, but not all parts of the coast are suitable for swimming and comfortable beach holidays. Part of the beaches are inaccessible to tourists because of the barriers in the form of fences sanatoriums, boarding houses, campsites, which sometimes illegally charge for passage through their territory. There are also legally closed beaches for children's health centers and therapeutic beaches. And yet, part of the coast is simply dangerous for swimming because of too rocky shores and steep cliffs, making the descent on them dangerous. Nevertheless, a free and comfortable place to relax and swim can be found even at the peak of the season in August.

Divnomorskoe

Krinitsa is far from the most famous resort of the Krasnodar Territory, it is mainly popular as a holiday destination for residents of the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov region. It has little to boast of and almost nothing stands out in comparison with other tiny coastal towns and villages of the region. There is no stunningly beautiful nature, no attractions at all (those in the vicinity tens of kilometers away do not count), very poorly developed urban and tourist infrastructure. It does not differ in the solitude and tranquility of the beaches, since residents from Krasnodar and other major cities come here for the weekend. In general, this is such a strong "middling", which is quite suitable if the most important thing for you on vacation is the sea, and you are ready to put up with the poor development of this place.

Arkhipo-Osipovka

Arkhipo - Osipovka - a village on the Black Sea coast, a popular beach resort. It is located 120 kilometers from Krasnodar and 60 kilometers from Gelendzhik (Arkhipo-Osipovka on the map. This is one of the most comfortable and well-equipped beach resorts on the Black Sea coast, where there is everything for a seasonal holiday on the Black Sea. Although officially it is considered a village, in fact, in terms of Tourist Development and comfort, it will give odds to many much larger neighboring resorts. There is a great Pebble Beach, Promenade, a lot of water Entertainments, there is a dolphinarium, a water park, a crocodile farm, a dinosaur park, amusement parks and a lot more. The resort does not look abandoned, dirty and dilapidated, like some other resort towns and cities. What else you might like is its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, it is only necessary to move a little away from the beach and attractions.

Inal Bay and Gorniy Vozduh

Inal Bay or mountain air – this is a beach resort on the Black Sea coast in the Tuapse District, 15 kilometers from Dzhubga and 120 from Krasnodar (Inal on the map. In our opinion (the authors of the site) this resort is not very suitable for coming here for a long vacation, but a great place to go to the sea for a few days, for example, for the weekend.

Here everything is very compact and too densely located that there is not even a zone for walking around the resort, and everything is occupied by the territories of accommodation facilities. And this means that during the rest you will have to spend time in the room or on the beach, there is simply nowhere else. The infrastructure here is poorly developed: there are a couple of shops, a market with products and goods for tourists, excursions are sold. And the main advantage of Inal Bay is its one and a half kilometer Pebble Beach.

Blue Bay

Blue Bay is a very tiny beach resort consisting of a couple of holiday homes near a small beach in a cozy Bay. There is nothing else here at all, not even the Houses of local residents, since the village is exclusively a resort. There is no infrastructure here, only one grocery store and a cafe. And to be honest, we would not recommend staying here at all, because it is too deaf and boring. The only reason to come here on vacation is if you get a ticket from a trade union or an enterprise with a big discount. Usually people come here during the day as one of the remote and quiet beaches from the neighboring resorts of Dzhubga, Tuapse or Arkhipo-Osipovka, or to relax by the sea for a couple of days from Krasnodar and other non-resort cities of the region. But the beach in the Blue Bay is very good and differs from the neighboring resorts in that there is yellow sand mixed with pebbles.

Tuapse - a port city on the Black Sea coast 175 kilometers from Krasnodar (Tuapse on the map. The city is not very large, its population is just over 60 thousand people, but is an important industrial and Port center. For tourists, this is an important transport hub, since there is a railway station here, as well as a beach resort.

Although Tuapse is considered a beach resort, it can only be called a worthy and pleasant place to stay with a big stretch. There are recreation centers, hotels, sanatoriums of enterprises, private housing for rent, some tourist infrastructure is presented. On the outskirts of the city there is a long strip of Sandy and pebble beaches that stretch for many kilometers. If you are ready to be content with a poorly developed tourist infrastructure, lack of tourist Entertainments and you only need a beach holiday, then the long beaches of Tuapse may well suit you.

Dzhubga (Dzhubga, also Dzhubga) - a resort village on the Black Sea coast 120 kilometers from Krasnodar (Dzhubga on the map. The village is known for being the first beach resort on the road from Krasnodar to Sochi resorts although it does not belong to greater Sochi, it is part of the Tuapse district. This is generally a good place to stay, but there are some features that you should definitely know before you go here.

This is a traditional beach resort with Sandy and pebble beaches, well-developed infrastructure, a very modest number of attractions. It is very convenient for road travelers who want to relax on the sea, but do not want to stand long and tedious in many hours of traffic jams, which usually gather further along the road towards Tuapse and Sochi in high season. But once you go beyond the hotel-beach route, you will find yourself on unkempt streets and broken sidewalks. Fences and construction sites block the passages to the beaches and simply interfere with walking, making the resort just a maze. The embankment with rusty handrails, apparently, which has not known repair since Soviet times, completes the picture of the feeling that there is no smell of a cozy beach resort here. The central beach, crowded with vacationers, does not add comfort.

Lermontovo - a small resort village on the Black Sea coast, belongs to the Tuapse district. From Krasnodar it is 125 kilometers, and only 4 kilometers away is the resort village of Dzhubga (Lermontovo on the map).

This is a Black Sea beach resort with a full range of services and opportunities for recreation. There are pebble and sandy beaches, a promenade, many accommodation options, and even a little entertainment for tourists. Although officially considered a village, it can not be called a quiet and peaceful place. During the high season, this is far from a village: the central beach is almost always crowded with vacationers, the streets are clogged with tourists and merchants, and the intercity route passing through the center does not add comfort to the resort. Novomikhailovsky (also Novomikhailovka) - a resort village on the Black Sea coast in the Tuapse District of the Krasnodar Territory. It is located almost in the middle between Dzhubga and Tuapse, 140 kilometers from Krasnodar and 1470 kilometers from Moscow (Novomikhailovsky on the map. Also, Beaches in the village of Plyakho and Shirokaya schelya are often referred to as Novomikhailovsky, but due to their remoteness they should rather be considered separate places for recreation.

This is one of the most developed and cozy resorts in the Tuapse region. Through it, as well as through other resorts on this coast, there is a busy route to Sochi, but it goes around the resort area and does not interfere with vacationers. The village has a large selection of Housing and hotels; a lot of entertainment, including for young people; there is an excellent long promenade. And in general, the resort, unlike the neighboring Dzhubga or Lermontovo, looks clean and well-groomed.

Olginka

Olginka is a resort village on the Black Sea coast in the Tuapse District of Krasnodar Krai, 30 kilometers from Tuapse (Olginka on the map). Despite the official status, to call Olginka a "village" simply does not turn the tongue. This is quite a developed resort village with good tourist infrastructure, entertainment, and even multi-storey houses. It looks well-groomed and neat, especially compared to some other resorts in the Tuapse region.

In Olginka they go for a traditional beach holiday on the Black Sea pebble beaches. The resort is moderately developed, there are modest tourist Entertainments, excursions are sold, cafes and canteens work, tourist markets. In general, there is everything you might need for a relaxing beach holiday without any special claims to Entertainment and service.

These places are ecologically clean, and the coastal waters are considered one of the cleanest on the entire Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. The length of the coastal strip is about one kilometer, located in the Olginskaya Bay, framed on both sides by capes Agria and Gryaznova.

Nebug

Nebug - a village and resort on the Black Sea coast in Tuapse district (Nebug on the map). This is a very small settlement with a population of about 4000 people, but thanks to the good natural conditions, good location and a considerable number of accommodation options, it is a good option for a relaxing beach holiday. By the way, Nebug is pronounced with emphasis on the first syllable, i.e. Nebug, not Nebug.

You should go here only for a quiet beach holiday on pebble beaches, if you don't really need anything other than the sea. It has everything you need for an unassuming holiday by the sea, but without frills.

The tourist area of Nebuga is very compact, concentrated in the beach area. There is a walking street along the Nebug river with cafes and canteens, modest Entertainments, sales of tourist goods and excursions. Some kind of tourist "get-together" is not felt here and the atmosphere of the resort is not much different from the village: everything is very quiet and peaceful.

Agoy

Agoy - a small village and seaside resort in Tuapse district. This is the closest resort village to Tuapse in the direction of Dzhubga, located just 10 kilometers from the city (Agoy on the map) and is separated from it by a mountain range and the Agoi pass. It is believed that it is here that the border of the subtropics of the Russian South passes, although in fact you will not feel the difference between the resorts north and south of Agoy.

This is a typical quiet Black Sea beach village with pebble beaches. Compared to other resorts in the area between Dzhubga and Tuapse, there is the weakest tourist infrastructure, little entertainment, practically no attractions, no promenade and walking area. But a large number of accommodation options, including budget ones. The urban infrastructure is also not up to par, but along the main road there are several industrial goods stores, pharmacies, chain supermarkets "magnet" and "Pyaterochka", an ATM. In general, it should be understood that you will not feel the atmosphere of a fashionable resort in Agoy.

Dederkoy - a village and beach resort on the Black Sea coast 13 kilometers from Tuapse (Seven on the map. Administratively belongs to the Tuapse district and is often considered as a remote area or beach of Tuapse, although in fact it is an independent place of rest.

This is a very quiet village and beach resort with poorly developed infrastructure and almost no entertainment. In our opinion, this is one of the quietest corners in the Tuapse district, but surprisingly, the beach and tourist Entertainments here are developed even a little better than in the city of Tuapse. At the same time, you can get to Tuapse from here, if necessary, in just 20-30 minutes by suburban bus, and at the same time you will relax on a clean Pebble Beach far from the city port. So if you want to be on vacation near the infrastructure of a big city and on a good beach, Dedercoy is a good option.

Shepsi

Shepsi - a village and beach resort on the Black Sea coast in Tuapse District, 13 kilometers from Tuapse (Shepsi on the map). This is the last settlement and resort of the area before Greater Sochi, the border of which begins just a couple of kilometers from here. Shepsi is pronounced with emphasis on the last letter, i.e. ShepsAnd not wEPsy.

Shepsi is a small quiet beach resort with almost no entertainment and no attractions at all. The main entertainment here are the beaches and the sea, so a holiday in Shepsi will suit you if, in addition to them on vacation, you mostly do not need anything. By the way, therefore, residents of large cities of the Krasnodar Territory like to visit the village on weekly weekends, and also come from Rostov-on-Don and other neighboring regions.

At the same time, the convenient location of the village near Greater Sochi and the regional center of Tuapse allows you to go for entertainment to neighboring resorts during the day, or even go to the mountains to Krasnaya Polyana and Rosa Khutor Resort. Moreover, this can be done on suburban trains, including high-speed trains "Lastochka", bypassing all the traffic jams that gather on the winding highway along the coast.

Novorossiysk

Therefore, more often vacationers prefer to stay in the neighboring tourist more developed and cozy resort cities and towns in the neighborhood, and Novorossiysk is usually considered only as a place for excursions to attractions and memorable places of the Second World War.

Yeisk

Yeysk - resort town on the coast of the Sea of Azov (Yeisk on the map. To be more precise, Yeisk lies between the Taganrog Bay and the Yeisk estuary, but this does not change the essence, since both bays are part of the Sea of Azov. This is the northernmost resort of the Krasnodar Territory, and the most popular on the Sea of Azov.

Since Yeisk lies on the shores of the Azov Sea, not the Black Sea, its features follow from this - a very shallow, but warmer sea, and more turbid water. Recreation here is suitable for people of all ages, but most of all for families with young children or for older people. Young people will also be able to spend time here with pleasure, but still the amount of entertainment and opportunities for swimming in the shallow sea are very limited. In the city limits of Yeisk there is a long coastal strip washed by the waters of the Sea of Azov and the yeisk estuary, but not all the shores here are suitable for swimming. Part of the coastline is not equipped for beach holidays: too dirty, come across large stones, occupied by the port, used for parking boats and other technical needs. In addition, as on the entire coast of the Sea of Azov, the water here is traditionally muddy, and there is almost no depth.

Primorsko-Akhtarsk (also Akhtari) - a city on the Sea of Azov, 150 kilometers from Krasnodar (Primorsko-Akhtarsk on the map. The city is small, with a population of just over 32 thousand people. It is a full-fledged beach and climatic resort, but is little known among a wide range of tourists, and is more popular as a holiday destination for residents of the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov region.

Rest in Primorsko-Akhtarsk is very calm, almost rustic. The city is clean and cozy, there are no crowds of tourists and grand festivals. But, unfortunately, the tourist infrastructure here is still very poorly developed, although the resort has the potential for this. There are no Entertainments and attractions here, even traditional beach Entertainments are minimal. If this suits you – then Primorsko-Akhtarsk will suit you, otherwise choose another place, at least nearby Yeisk. Well, another reason to come to rest in Primorsko-Akhtarsk is mud treatment. Near the city there is a mass of estuaries, the mud of which is curative.

Do not expect from Golubitskaya gloss, cleanliness and a wide variety of types of recreation and entertainment, as in the popular urban resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. The beach here is very pleasant because it prefers sand, not pebbles. It stretches continuously within the city limits for about 3 kilometers,and for many kilometers beyond.

Peresyp and Za Rodinu

Peresyp and Za Rodinu - two resort villages on the coast of the Sea of Azov, 20 kilometers from Temryuk, 170 from Krasnodar and 1470 from Moscow (settlements on the map). Are close to each other, there is not even a clear border between them.

About these beach resorts from the first pages in some "internet guides" you can find enthusiastic descriptions of a paradise holiday that everyone will like. In fact, everything is not so, and rest in these villages should be approached with caution, so as not to spoil it with unjustified expectations. In fact, they are more like a holiday village than a full-fledged resort. There is practically nothing tourist here, except for the beaches themselves and accommodation options, most of which are private guest houses and apartments. Along the main highway there are several cafes, a canteen, a market and a couple of grocery stores. There is nothing on the beaches either, they are completely wild here. The only tourist that is in these villages is the health and entertainment complex "island of health" with the mud volcano Tizdar on the territory.

Sennoy

Sennoy is a small village on the Black Sea coast in Krasnodar Krai ((On the map). Strictly speaking, it is not quite on the Black Sea coast, but on the shore of the Taman Bay, which is officially part of the Black Sea, but actually lies between the Azov and Black. This is a moderately developed beach resort, but with its own peculiarity, because of which not every tourist will like the rest here.

The beach here is Sandy, the depth is small and suitable for families with children. But the problem is that in the water off the coast of the Sennoy grows a huge amount of algae, which thickly cover the beach at the very edge of the water. Some tourists come here specifically to improve their health, because it is believed that these same algae Fucus and kelp saturate the air and water with iodine and trace elements. Indeed, it is recognized that ficus and kelp contain many healthy substances, and they are eaten and used to prepare dietary supplements. But the benefits of being near them in the water and in the air still require scientific confirmation.

Taman - a village on the territory of the Taman Peninsula, 210 kilometers from Krasnodar, and only 6 kilometers from the new Crimean Bridge (Taman on the map). This is a fairly large settlement, about 10,000 people live here permanently. It is located on the shore of the Taman Bay, which is located on the border of the Kerch Strait between the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea.

Taman is perfect for stopping for two or three days to get acquainted with its historical sights. But as a full-fledged beach resort, only the most unassuming tourists can consider it. In our opinion, this is generally one of the most unsuccessful resort villages on the Taman Peninsula. The beach here is one, located in the heart of the resort. Moreover, it is rocky and pebbly, and not Sandy, as in other resorts in this part of the coast. Water in Taman is not very pleased with transparency, especially during bad weather and wind. The depth here is great, 5 meters from the shore the water reaches the shoulders, so it is not very safe to relax with children here.

Veselovka

Veselovka - a village and resort on the Taman Peninsula on the Black Sea coast (Veselovka on the map). This is a traditional beach resort, however there is something that sets it apart from others. Thanks to the constantly blowing winds, the village is very popular with fans of active water sports – windsurfing and kitesurfing. Every year there is a kitesurfing festival, there are several camp sites and schools where you can rent equipment or undergo training.

Veselovka is also an ordinary beach resort. The beach here is Sandy and very long, stretches for tens of kilometers to Anapa itself. But the infrastructure and entertainment on the beach and in the village are very poorly developed.

Volna village

Wave (Volna) - a tiny village on the Black Sea coast in Temryuk district (Volna village on the map. The population of the Volna village is about 500 people, and this is one of the smallest Resort Villages of the Taman Peninsula. Volna village will suit you for a holiday only if you are looking for remote and quiet places for a beach holiday, where there are few tourists and a very quiet peaceful environment. The beach in the Volna village is Sandy, deserted, the depth is small and suitable for children. Since the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov are close, the water warms up earlier than in other Black Sea resorts of the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimea. Perhaps for this reason, Dolphins like to appear off the local shores. You can see them very close even from the shore, and if you are lucky, and swim with them. There are no amenities and entertainments on the beach, it is completely wild. What is inconvenient, on the way to the beach you will have to overcome a considerable descent every time. The infrastructure in the village is very poorly developed, there is no entertainment and attractions.

This is a popular tourist destination for one or two days, rarely anyone stays here longer. Usually people come here during a road trip on the way to the beach resorts of the Krasnodar Territory or to the mountains resorts of the Republic of Adygea or visit it in the form of an organized excursion from the beach resorts of the South. It's also a great place to go for a weekend trip from Krasnodar, Rostov-On-Don and other nearby major cities, and even as a day trip for walking or taking the train through the famous Guam gorge. Also here you can do other types of active sightseeing: hiking in the mountains and the surrounding area, horseback riding and quad biking, flying on a trolley through the gorge and river, jeep tours to the mountains, etc. In front of the village there are two hot springs of natural water.

Mezmay

Mezmay - a village in the mountainous part of the Krasnodar Territory in the Absheron district, 170 kilometers from Krasnodar, located at an altitude of 717 meters above sea level (Mezmay on the map. Just a couple of kilometers away are two more tiny settlements, the village of Temnoleskaya and the Russian farm, and 4 kilometers in a straight line and 20 kilometers by road is another mountain resort of Guamka.

However, it is also an independent resort for outdoor recreation surrounded by beautiful mountains and many other interesting attractions. It is very popular as a weekend destination for residents of the Krasnodar Territory and neighboring regions, but with pleasure it is visited by tourists who come to the coast for a beach holiday. Rarely anyone remains disappointed with this picturesque place. In addition to hiking along tourist routes to attractions in Mezmay, you can go to the bath or sauna, Visit Hot natural springs, ride horses, rent an ATV, go fishing, swim on the local beach in the center of the village on the Mezmay river or just relax and fry kebabs in nature.

Temnolesskaya

Village Temnoleskaya - a tiny settlement 7 kilometers from the famous tourist mezmai village and 172 kilometers from Krasnodar (Temnoleskaya on the map). Its population is just over 100 people, and it consists of only a few dozen houses. Also nearby is the Russian farm, consisting of just one street. Previously, Temnoleskaya was called the village of Mezmaysky, but this is not the same as the current village of Mezmay next door.

Temnoleskaya is not an independent resort, but, one might say, the younger brother of Mezmay. People rarely go here purposefully, since there is not even a shop, but there are several guest houses and recreation centers where you can stay as an alternative if you could not find accommodation directly in Mezmay. To the nearest infrastructure in the center of Mezmay, where there are two shops and you can find tourist services (excursions in the surrounding area), you can walk 5 kilometers along a trail through the forest, or walk along a dirt road 7 kilometers.

Apsheronsk

Apsheronsk - a small town and the center of the Absheron region, which includes the mountain resorts of Guamka, Mezmay and Temnoleskaya (Apsheronsk on the map). This is a developed city with a population of just under 40 thousand people, but it is not a full-fledged tourist resort. It is interesting primarily as a place of transfer or overnight on the way to Guamka, Mezmay and Temnoleskaya, since only through it you can reach them by public transport or by your own car.

It makes sense to stay in Apsheronsk if you could not book accommodation in Guamka or Mezmay at a reasonable price, or if all available rooms simply ran out, which often happens during weekly weekends or long holidays. At the same time, in Apsheronsk, accommodation can be found at a much more attractive price. And here you can plan an overnight stay for tourists who travel by public transport and simply could not take the local bus to the mountain resorts on time.

Goryachy Klyuch

Goryachy Klyuch - a city and resort in the center of Krasnodar Krai, 65 kilometers from Krasnodar and about 60 kilometers from the nearest Black Sea coast (Goryachy Klyuch on the map). This is a relatively small settlement, its population, together with all its villages, is about 70 thousand people. It is conveniently located on the Federal Highway "M4-Don", which leads from Krasnodar to the coast, thanks to which it is popular with road travelers as a place for a short stop on the way to the beach resorts of the region. But it is also an independent health resort, famous for its mineral waters and clean air. Goryachy Klyuch is surrounded by forests and low mountains of the Goryachy-Klyuchevsky state reserve, there are no large cities and industrial facilities nearby.
