Inal Bay or mountain air - this is a beach resort on the Black Sea coast in Tuapse District 15 kilometers from Jubgi and 120 from Krasnodar (Inal on the map. Nearby is the resort Arkhipo-Osipovka, and next door another very modest resort village - Blue Bay.
Inal Bay is not even a settlement, but a tourist village Mountain Air, which exists solely through tourism and is a set of recreation centers, campsites, hotels. In our opinion (the authors of the site) this resort is not very suitable for coming here for a long vacation, but a great place to go to the sea for a few days, for example, for the weekend.
Here everything is very compact and too densely located that there is not even a zone for walking around the resort, everything is occupied by the territories of accommodation facilities. And this means that during the rest you will have to spend time in the room or on the beach, there is simply nowhere else. The infrastructure here is poorly developed: there are a couple of shops, a market with products and goods for tourists, excursions are sold.
The main advantage of Inal Bay is its one and a half kilometer Pebble Beach. The pebbles here are not very small, but flat, which is why it is convenient to walk on it and does not hurt even barefoot. The beach is clean, it is cleaned. The water is also very clean, because there are no industries and large settlements nearby. On the shore there are canopies and sun beds for rent (250 rubles per day), toilets, showers, beach entertainment. What is good, there are always few vacationers here. Even if the central part of the beach seems crowded to you, you can always move a little to the side, there will be free.

Hotels and accommodation where to stay
The entire resort of Inal Bay consists of all kinds of accommodation options, most of which are holiday homes and recreation centers with their own territories. But there are very few hotels, guest houses and private housing here, and therefore the prices for accommodation are quite high, there are almost no budget options.
For a simple room for two at a campsite with a minimum of amenities, you will have to pay from 2000 rubles, which is not cheap by the standards of neighboring resorts. If you want cheaper – you will have to book in advance at least a month before the trip, or come and look for accommodation and bargain on the spot. But the latter option does not guarantee that you will be able to find something at all, not to mention the budget.
If you plan to visit the resort by private car, when looking for accommodation options, pay attention to the availability of free parking in the object, otherwise you will have to pay another 200 rubles per day of parking at paid parking lots.

How to get there
Inal Bay is located just 16 kilometers by road from Dzhubga and 120 kilometers from the main transport hub of the region, the city of Krasnodar (Inal on the map), and 6 kilometers from the village of Brzid on the M4-don Highway, i.e. a little away from "civilization". Public transport does not go here at all, so you will have to do the last part of the way from the airport or from the railway station by taxi or bus. Theoretically, from the airport or railway station you can take buses to the village of Brzid or Dzhubgi, and already there transfer to a taxi. But this is a difficult and inconvenient route, and there is no need to talk about any mood for rest after such a trip.

By plane
Nearest airports to Inal Bay:
- Krasnodar airport-115 kilometers.
- Gelendzhik airport – 75 kilometers.
Although Gelendzhik airport is closer, it is better to fly to Krasnodar. The fact is that tickets there are cheaper, more flights are performed, including from the regions. And this difference in ticket prices will more than cover the higher cost of a taxi ride, especially if you are traveling as a family. The cheapest way to order a taxi is through the Yandex.Taxi or Uber apps, and Citymobil doesn't work here yet. The trip will cost:
- From Krasnodar Pashkovsky airport to Inal/Blue Bay-from 3100 rubles (book on kiwitaxi.ru or intui.travel).
- Gelendzhik airport to Inal/Blue Bay - from 1500 rubles (book on kiwitaxi.ru).
If you want to save money, then from Krasnodar airport you need to take any bus to Dzhubga, Gelendzhik or Anapa (cost from 400 rubles, 2-3 hours on the way). You need to go to Dzhubga or P. Brzid, respectively, and from there by taxi or hitchhiking directly to the resort. If there are no suitable buses in time from the airport, then you will first have to take a city bus number 7 or a taxi to the Krasnodar-2 Bus Station (1 hour on the way), and already there take a bus to Dzhubga, etc.
From Gelendzhik airport you will need to take city buses with transfers or take a taxi to the city bus station "upper bus station", from where to 06:40, 07:40, 10:00, 12:00, 12:40, 14:25, 16:00, 17:40, 18:50, 19:30 suburban buses No. 107 (Gelendzhik - Teshebs) are sent, the cost is from 150 rubles, 2 hours. From Tesebs further respectively by taxi. You can also sit at the bus station on any other bus in the direction of Dzhubga/Krasnodar, and go to the village of Brzid, and then again by taxi or hitchhiking.

By train
The nearest railway station is in Goryachy Klyuch, 65 kilometers away. All trains from Moscow and the regions to Sochi stop there. Please note that you need to go by train to Goryachy Klyuch, and not to Krasnodar.
From the railway station it is also best to take a taxi or book a tourist transfer, which will cost about 1300 rubles.
If you need to save money, then in Goryachy Klyuch take any passing bus to Dzhubga or Gelendzhik (to the village of Brzid), and from there by taxi.

By car
An excellent M4-don highway leads to the village of Brzid, and only the last 6 kilometers of the way to Inal Bay is a narrow asphalt road with potholes and pits. From Moscow and St. Petersburg, you will have to go along the M4 and M11 toll sections, for which you will have to pay from 1720 rubles in total. You can go around the toll areas, but in this case, spend a few extra hours on the road.
From the regions located east of Moscow (Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Orenburg, Ufa, etc.), it is convenient to go through Volgograd, and there all roads are free.
Inal Bay has big problems with parking space, and if your accommodation facility does not provide free parking, you will have to put your car in a paid parking lot for 200 rubles.
Attractions and entertainment in Inal Bay, what to see and do
There are no attractions in Inal Bay at all. The only place that can be called a tourist attraction with a stretch is the sources of therapeutic mud, which are described below. If you can not imagine a vacation without visiting interesting places, you can buy here ready-made excursions to interesting sights of the Krasnodar Territory, the Crimea, Adygea and even Abkhazia. True, the variety of excursions offered here is not the same as in more popular resorts, and they do not go every day. Therefore, as an option, you can visit the sights in the vicinity on your own by private car, which, by the way, will be cheaper than excursions.
There is not much entertainment here, but there is. On the beach there are traditional banana rides and catamaran rentals, on the shore there are trampolines, shooting galleries, the House of fear attraction. In the evening you can sit in a cafe or barbecue. There are no real nightclubs here, but a couple of summer cafes have dance floors and include popular music. If local entertainment is not enough, we recommend during the day to go to Arkhipo-Osipoku or Dzhubga, where there is a dolphinarium, aquarark, crocodile farm, and a bunch of different attractions and entertainment:

Therapeutic mud (blue clay)
Therapeutic mud in Inal Bay On the beach of Inal Bay there is a source of therapeutic blue clay in the form of two "lakes" with a diameter of about 2 and 5 meters. It is believed that this clay has a therapeutic, and especially cosmetic effect, cleanses and rejuvenates the skin. You can take mud baths for free, which is what tourists do, for which you should smear yourself with mud, wait until it dries, and then wash it off with sea water. But some vacationers are completely and permanently immersed in these lakes, which we do not recommend. Firstly, the medicinal properties and safety of mud are not controlled by research, tests for the content of harmful microorganisms are not carried out. And secondly, it's just not beautiful in relation to other vacationers.

Dolmen in the Blue Bay
Dolmen in the Blue Bay A lone standing Dolmen can be seen 10 minutes ' walk from the beach in Blue Bay. There is no information about it, since it is not an official tourist site, but by analogy with other dolmens in the region, it can be assumed that its age is from 2 to 5 thousand years. The exact purpose of the dolmens has not been established for certain, but according to various theories, these structures could serve as a place of burial, cult worship, as astronomical instruments or even just as farm buildings for keeping animals.
