Nebug - a village and resort on the Black Sea coast in Tuapse District, 15 kilometers from Tuapse (Nebug on the map). This is a very small settlement with a population of about 4000 people, but thanks to the good natural conditions, good location and a considerable number of accommodation options, it is a good option for a relaxing beach holiday. By the way, Nebug is pronounced with emphasis on the first syllable, i.e. Nebug, not Nebug.

In Nebug you should go only for a quiet beach holiday on pebble beaches, if you do not need anything except the sea. It has everything you need for an unassuming holiday by the sea, but without frills.

The tourist area of Nebuga is very compact, concentrated in the beach area. There is a walking street along the Nebug river with cafes and canteens, modest entertainment, the sale of tourist goods and excursions. Some kind of tourist "get-together" is not felt here and the atmosphere of the resort is not much different from the village: everything is very quiet and peaceful.

The beach in Nebuga is only pebbly, there is almost no sand. Within the village, it stretches for a kilometer, but does not end and stretches further on both sides for several more kilometers. The depth here is normal, not shallow. Already five meters from the shore, children will be on their shoulders, and adults can safely swim already ten meters away. To enter the water, it is better to wear beach shoes aquashuzes (you can buy them here on the market for 250 USD), without them a walk on large pebbles is quite painful.

On the shore there are cabins for changing clothes, sun beds and umbrellas for rent for 200 rubles. Most vacationers prefer to save on this and use their bedding. If you will do the same, we advise you to take something denser, so as not to lie on the stones. For example, a travel mat or air mattress fit perfectly.

The beach offers traditional beach entertainment, but their variety compared to neighboring resorts is not very large.

In Nebuga there are about a hundred accommodation options, there is private housing for rent. Accommodation is not a problem even at the height of the season, but if you want to save money and pick up something profitable, it is better to book in advance.

It is best to settle directly in the tourist area between the beach and the main road, but here the prices are higher. If you really need to save money, then you can pick up accommodation further behind the main highway, but you will have to walk about a kilometer to the beach, while crossing a busy highway.

• ⛅ you can go in May, September and October. Spring and autumn months are also suitable for rest, but not so comfortable and warm. Moreover, in May the weather is often rainy, there are sharp cold snaps. It is much more comfortable to relax in the velvet season in September and October, when the main flow of tourists decreases, accommodation prices fall significantly. However, both infrastructure and entertainment deteriorate in these months, many tourist facilities close or reduce opening hours.

How to get there

Nebug is located on the coast between Dzhubgoi and Tuapse, 15 kilometers from the district center and the nearest transport hub of the city of Tuapse (Nebug on the map). Actually, in most cases, they get here through Tuapse, since the nearest railway station is located in it. You can also get here with a transfer by bus or taxi at the railway stations of Krasnodar or Goryachy Klyuch, or through the airport of Krasnodar. Well, the most convenient way to come here on vacation is by private car.

By plane, you can get here through Krasnodar airport (150 kilometers, Airport on the map) or Sochi (160 kilometers). We do not recommend using Sochi airport, because it will take much longer and more expensive to get from it because of the long and complex serpentine road along the coast.

There are many direct and connecting flights from the regions of the Russian Federation to the International Airport of Krasnodar named after Catherine II (formerly called Pashkovsky airport). If there are no direct flights from your region, you can fly with a transfer in Moscow, besides, such flights are usually even cheaper than directly. Just make sure that the connections were without changing the airport in Moscow, and there was enough time for a transfer, optimally with a margin of 3-4 hours. From the airport to the resort you can take a taxi for 3-4 hours and 3600 rubles, or by bus with a transfer through the Krasnodar bus station for 6 hours and 400.

The nearest railway station is in Tuapse (15 kilometers), and it is best to get here through it. There is also a station in Krasnodar (160 kilometers), which can theoretically be more convenient, since there are more trains to it. Another option is through the railway station in Goryachy Klyuch, but this is only if you for some reason go to make a stop in this resort city.

There is no bus station in Nebug, there is only a suburban bus stop in the center of the village on the main highway of the resort (stop on the map). Unfortunately, not all long-distance buses make a stop here, although they pass through the resort, and in some rare cases you will have to get to Tuapse, and there transfer to the return suburban bus to Nebug for 40 rubles, 20-30 minutes on the way. You can also take buses not to Tuapse, but to Dzhubga, and there you can also change to a suburban bus for 90 rubles. Commuter buses run during the day approximately every hour on schedule.

Attractions and entertainment, what to see

There are no sights in Nebuga from the word at all. The most inquisitive tourists will be able to find something interesting in the vicinity. For example, you can walk along the nearby hills or walk along the gorge of the Nebug River to see several water slides and even walk to several waterfalls, but for this you have to walk 12 kilometers in one direction (waterfall on the map). There are also waterfalls in the gorge of the Cossack gap River (about 10 kilometers in one direction, waterfall on the map), or mini-waterfall "men's tears" just five kilometers from the center (waterfall on the map). But these routes will be interesting only for big lovers of day hiking and nature, and most of the vacationers are simply inaccessible due to the complexity of the routes.

Nevertheless, you will not have to be very bored on vacation in Kaluga, because you can buy excursions to Entertainment and attractions throughout the Krasnodar Territory, to neighboring regions, to Abkhazia. The choice of excursions is quite large: there are simple tours to dolphinariums and water parks, sightseeing in cities, and the most interesting in the mountains and natural attractions. We especially recommend that you pay attention to trips to Mezmay, Guamka, mountain Adygea.

Entertainment in Nebuga is better than sightseeing. There is a large water park and a dolphinarium. On The Walking Street along the river there are several attractions and simple entertainment such as shooting galleries, trampolines, an aquarium, a mini zoo, a tropical butterfly park, etc. The beach offers classic beach entertainment: rental of ATVs and catamarans, banana riding, parachuting, sailing and sea fishing. Separately, it is worth mentioning the diving center "Dagona". Here you can undergo training or make amateur dives without experience from 2500 rubles.
