From Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Hua Hin you can get directly (without changing in Bangkok) budget bus or taxi. Buses on the way also make a stop at Chaam in the very center on the main highway opposite Bangkok Bank.

A taxi from the airport costs from 2300 baht (70.46 USD, see Thailand currency and exchange rate) by tag. It is possible to bargain cheaper outside the airport, but the airport infrastructure is such that it is quite difficult and far to go outside the airport. From Hua Hin to the airport, a taxi will be much cheaper. If you want to avoid cheating and all sorts of unpleasant situations, you can order a car through the Grab application (an analogue of Uber, which does not work in Thailand). By bus
Direct buses to Hua Hin by Roong Rueang depart directly from the arrival terminal from exit No. 8 (Gate No.8), 4 hours on the way, the cost is 269 baht (8.24 USD, )the price of 2021). Departure to 7:30 , 9:00, 10:30 , 12:00, 13:30 , 15:00, 16:30 and 18:00. Back from Hua Hin to the airport go to 06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00. The schedule may vary slightly depending on the season, but in general you can safely expect to go immediately after the flight on the next or next flight.

In Hua Hin, buses arrive/depart at Hua Hin Bus station (Hua Hin bus station on the map), which is located a couple of kilometers from the center and the tourist area, but the bus passes through the center and you can ask to drop off you are there. If you miss the center, you can get back from the bus station by minibus Songhtaew for 20 baht (for more information, see Hua Hin minibus and their routes).
Another way to get to the bus directly is through the Suvarnabhumi Bus Terminal (Public Transportation Center). This station is located next to the airport and is connected to it by frequent flights of free airport shuttle buses, which can be reached from the terminal in 10 minutes, they run every 15 minutes. From this bus station, buses to Hua Hin depart to 07:30 , 09:30 , 11:30 , 13:30 , 15:30 , 17:30 , 19:30 , cost 294 baht (9.01 USD), the journey is also 4 hours.
From Hua Hin to the airport
To get back from Hua Hin to Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can also order a taxi and a bus. Moreover, a taxi will cost a little cheaper, you can find it for 2000 baht if you take care of it in advance. As for buses, they depart from Hua Hin Bus Station at least every hour. It is not necessary to purchase bus tickets in advance, but in order not to get into a situation where there will be no empty seats for the next flight, it is better to come in advance or buy tickets the day before departure.
