About 15 kilometers from Hua Hin, further past the temple Wat Bo Fai, in spacious fields, there's a quiet, beautiful Chinese temple. It's an incredibly quiet and deserted place, and it's simply amazing how this wonderful temple and the large statue of the seated Happy Buddha on the hillside ended up here. Besides that, there are several other unusual statues here, an old-looking small pagoda hidden behind the trees, and a small picturesque lake, which, however, almost disappears in the dry season.
The really great thing about this place is that there are no crowds of tourists (there's no one around at all), no shops or stalls. You can come here and enjoy a leisurely stroll around the temple and its surroundings, just relax. This place doesn't tolerate rushing, and if you want to come here and see everything quickly on the fly, you'll most likely be disappointed. The only downside is that you'll have to get here by rented transport or taxi.

The temple is located about 15 kilometers from Hua Hin, just before the airport and after the temple Wat Bo Fai (Chinese Temple and Happy Buddha of Hua Hin on the map). There are no signs leading here, so you can only get there using a map or navigator.
