Description and is it worth a visit
Actually, the name of the museum of seashells Phuket speaks for itself. A huge number of all kinds of shells and large shells are collected here, and in general, the exposition of the museum leaves the most favorable impression. For example, there is a shell weighing more than 500 kilograms, ancient shells many millions of years old, etc. The owners of the museum claim that they have collected the largest collection of seashells in Southeast Asia, and there are more than 20,000 of them here! Each exhibit is accompanied by a detailed information plate in English, which makes the visit even more interesting. In general, we recommend this place to visit, especially if you have settled on Rawai beach, and even more so if you are with children.
