Description and is it worth a visit
Hot Springs Pha Soet Hot Spring is a good complex equipped for receiving hot natural healing and relaxing baths and a place to relax. Here you can swim in the communal pool, rent a separate room with a bathroom, cook chicken eggs in the water of hot springs in a special pool and steam your feet for free. There are also wellness massage treatments: herbal massage for 200 baht, foot massage – 200 baht, oil massage – 300 baht, and traditional for 200 baht. It is worth saying that the prices for massage are very good, it is more expensive at resorts.
It is quite far to go from Chiang Rai to here, 25 kilometers, and if you just want to swim in the thermal spring, then there is another source closer to the city, Pong Phra Bat Hot Springs. But if you go in this direction, then together with swimming in Pha Soet, you can also stop by the natural hot spring-Lake Huay Mark Liam (but it is not suitable for swimming), visit the Karen Ruammit elephant camp and walk along the trail to the Huay Kaew waterfall. In general, a trip here will be an interesting one-day adventure.

Entrance to the territory is free, swimming in the communal pool is 30 baht (0.92 USD); private room for one person – 80 baht (2.45 USD); private room for two – 100 baht (3.06 USD), the use of a foot pool is free of charge.
🚶 How to get there
Pha Soet Hot Spring hot springs are located 25 kilometers from the center of Chiang Rai (sources on the map). You can get here only by private or rented transport or taxi, no public transport goes to these places. You can go along one of the routes on the right or left bank of the Kok River, both roads are in good condition. Also, boats used to sail here on the river from the pier in Chiang Rai and from the city of Thaton, but after the pandemic they have been suspended, they may be launched in the future.
