What to Expect and Is It Worth Visiting
Millomeri waterfall not the largest and most powerful in the Troodos region, but the most convenient to visit. A few years ago, it was difficult to access, there was a narrow and slippery path leading to it, which few people knew about. But today, almost to the waterfall itself, there is an asphalt road that turns into concrete in the last few tens of kilometers and ends with a spacious parking area, and then you can walk along the equipped path and bridge to its foot. And from the village of Platres it can be reached on foot.
Milomeri waterfall is about 15 meters high. Swimming in his pool is not worth it, it is too dangerous because of the rapid flow of water.
