Description and is it worth a visit
In the north of the island of Catba is a little-known and little-noticed landmark-an old wooden bridge on stilts (stilt wooden bridge). It leads across a shallow bay to a small Buddhist temple on an islet – one of the holiest on Cat Ba. You can quite freely go across the bridge to the temple, light a stick of incense there, or just sit in silence. If you go around the temple, then behind it you will find a small cave with shrines, the meaning of which, unfortunately, is unknown to us.
Hurry up to visit this place, as the authentic wooden bridge is gradually replaced by a concrete one.
