Description and is it worth a visit
The locals call the green staircase a little-known landmark in the north of the island of Catba, which is actually a technical structure closed to the public, but under certain conditions it can be visited. This staircase leads to the top of the hill, where at an altitude of about 60 meters there is an active telecommunications antenna, and at its foot there is a small observation deck. It is more accurate to say that as such there is no observation deck here, but there is a small patch of surface where you can sit down to admire the views opening in all directions, which can not but fascinate, if, Of course, you are lucky with the weather (we, unfortunately, were not lucky).
Climbing up is not difficult, but quite extreme for those who are afraid of heights. But in fact, there is nothing to be afraid of, since the ladder is new and perfectly protected from falling, unless you want to fall from it yourself. The entrance to it is closed with a lattice and a lock, but for a nominal fee of 20,000 VND (bargaining is appropriate) for tourists, it is opened by the "keepers" of the keys. It is enough to appear near the stairs, as a person appears who will offer you to climb to the top for a fee. And if he doesn't show up, you can ask at the cafe nearby.
