Description and is it worth a visit
On the main street of Lopburi, a street night market is open at nightfall and until about 22 pm. And this is perhaps the most interesting place for tourists to go in the evening. After all, to be honest, there is absolutely nothing to do in Lopburi in the evenings and there is nowhere else to go.
However, the Lopburi night market is not at all the same as the night markets in popular resorts. They don't sell souvenirs and goods for tourists here, and all there is here is a lot of trays with authentic Thai food. Of course, to be honest, everything doesn't look very good here: food is cooked on gas directly in mobile trays, there is no water for washing hands, you will have to eat at best sitting at a portable table or just on a plastic stool. For example, we even ate in the company of a rat that was rummaging in a garbage bag next door. To be honest, it's not even that easy to order food here, since there is no menu, the names of the dishes on the trays are written only in Thai, and few of the sellers speak English at all, not to mention other languages. But if you still manage to order something and you do not disdain to eat it, you can feel like a real provincial Thai.
