Another type of entertainment in Kanchanaburi is Cooking classes. Of course, this is not about the curriculum, but about one paid lesson, during which you will be taught how to cook authentic Thai dishes. This is a wonderful and interesting experience during which you will learn how to cook the most famous Thai Tom Yam soup, spicy papaya Som Tam salad or other dishes at your request. However, this kind of entertainment should still be left at the very last moment, after you see all the most interesting sights.

Cooking classes are held at different times of the day, sometimes even at the time of your request. Duration from 3 to 5 hours.
💵Entrance fee / ticket price
The cost per lesson starts from 600 baht (18.4 USD, see Thailand's currency and exchange rate). Sometimes you can get courses for free if you stay not in a hotel, but in the house of local residents.

You can find cooking courses on the street in travel agencies, they are sold as excursions.
