A small local history museum Khosta consists of only one hall. The collection is quite modest, consists mainly of photos and documents telling about the development of the area as a resort and the period of the Second World War. There are few natural fossils and objects from the Second World War, dishes, household items of the XX century. To be honest, the state of the museum is simply depressing, and it seems that it is held only by the enthusiasm of its employees. But if you do not regret paying an additional 100 rubles per person for a guided tour, you will learn a lot of new and interesting things about the resorts of the Khostinsky district, which, in addition to the Khosta itself, also includes the Matsesta balneological resort and several notable natural attractions in the mountainous part. In other words, if you decide to visit the museum, be sure to buy an excursion at the checkout, otherwise there is simply no point in visiting it.

the museum is located in the center of Khosta at ul. 50 years of the USSR, 28 (museum on the map). From any place in Khosta, you can walk here, from other districts and resorts, take any bus between Adler and the Sochi airport, these are the routes №№ 48, 49, 50, 105, 115, 127, 128, 129, 134, 136. There is parking for private transport.
