The berendeyev Kingdom - a simple tourist walking route along a picturesque eco-trail with natural attractions of the Sochi National Park near the resort Lazarevsky in Mammad's gap. Each of the places on the trail is named after a fairy tale. Ostrovsky's "Snow Maiden". Here you will see several small waterfalls, ancient structures dolmens and menhirs, you can swim in natural pools of fonts. Along the Eco-Trail grow red book plant species,including a rare species of Boxwood-Boxwood Colchis.
There are two options for walking around the Berendeyev Kingdom. Both are suitable for any category of tourists, special skills and equipment are not needed. But take drinking water with you, wear comfortable shoes for walking.

A simple version of the ring, to pass it completely, it will take 20-30 minutes. It is fully equipped with handrails and stairs, completely safe and accessible even to small children. Its length is about 1 kilometer. On it you will see only the waterfalls Kupava, Bezymenny, Snegurochka, Tears Of The Snow Maiden, Berendey's beard and others, as well as the bathing Bowl "Goddess of love".

A more complex option will take 2-3 hours with rest. It is passed as well as the first, but at the big waterfall Beard Berendei you need to go not along the ring, but on the branch towards the dolmens, menhirs and the lake. Here the trail is not equipped, you have to go on the stones until the end of the route about two kilometers, back the same way.

🚶 How to get there
Berendeyevo Kingdom is located in the vicinity of Lazarevskoye, 6 kilometers from the center of the resort (Berendeyevo Kingdom on the map. The entrance to the trail is located next to the main route along the coast in the direction of Tuapse, so this place is convenient to visit on the way to rest or from rest by car, although you can easily get here while relaxing at one of the resorts near Lazarevskoye. It makes no sense to go here from the center of Sochi or Adler, since there are similar eco-trails there, for example Agur gorge, White rocks and others.

By car you need to go along the main highway, and immediately after the bus stop "Mammadova gap" at the entrance to the eco-trail, you can go to the dirt road to the right to the parking lot, so there is a sign. If you miss this exit, you can drive another hundred meters and leave the main road on Rucheynaya Street, and there will also be parking and a sign for the entrance. Attention! If you go from Tuapse, then you can not turn here. It is better to drive a little further and turn around at the T-junction, otherwise there is a chance to get into an "ambush" of the traffic police.

It will not be difficult to get by bus, for which you need to take any route from Lazarevskoye towards Tuapse. These are the routes №№ 71, 78, 80, 159, 161, 162.
