Samara is home to Kurumoch International Airport (Samara airport, IATA code - KUF). It is located in the village of Bereza, 45 kilometers from the center of Samara, and 55 from Togliatti (Kurumoch airport on the map). How to get from Samara airport

From the airport you can get cheap to Samara and Togliatti, and the rest of the settlements of the region will have to get with a transfer in one of these cities, or by taxi. The airport is connected to Samara by railway Aeroexpress and regular buses, while Togliatti can only be reached by bus.

  The station from which trains depart and arrive is away from the airport (Aeroexpress station on the map), and you must first take the free shuttle bus to reach it.   From Kurumoch airport on buses departing directly from the terminal, you can get to the cities of Samara and Togliatti. This is the most inexpensive way to leave the airport. By train

In Samara there is a new railway station, built in 2001 to replace the Old Station. It is located in the south of the city in the railway district, Komsomolskaya Square 1 (Samara railway station on the map). The location is very convenient, not far from the historical center of the city, so from here you can even walk to some hotels in the Old Town, and to the Pedestrian Street Leningradskaya walk 25 minutes (2 kilometers). By bus

Samara can be reached by intercity bus from many nearby regions and cities. In terms of price and time, a bus ride does not differ much from a train, but it is inferior in comfort. By boat (ferry)

Samara is located on the banks of the Volga, and you can get here on cruise ships from other Volga cities. Scheduled motor ships from other cities, with the exception of rare intra-regional ones, are not performed.

During the navigation season (autumn, summer, spring), river boats depart from two marinas of Samara to Togliatti, the village of Shiryaevo and the village of Rozhdestvenno.

By car

Samara is located next to the M5 Ural – Moscow-Chelyabinsk Highway. The distance from Moscow to Samara is 1050 kilometers (Samara on the map of Russia).
