Prices for accommodation in Samara are about the same as in any other city in central Russia. The minimum price for a bed in a hostel or for a room in an apartment starts from 600 rubles, a simple room with a minimum of amenities costs from 1000 rubles, and for more or less comfortable accommodation you will have to pay from 2000 rubles for a room for two.

Where to settle in Samara for a tourist
As for choosing a place for a hotel, if you come to the city for tourist purposes, it is best to settle in the historical part of the city near the Pedestrian Street Leningradskaya (Samara pedestrian street on the map). The city is divided into 9 districts, but as such there is no tourist center here. However, being located within walking distance from the pedestrian street in the Samara District of the city, you will at least have a place nearby where you can go for a walk in the evening and have a delicious meal. However, keep in mind that in winter Leningradskaya Street is not as cheerful as in summer.
