Description and is it worth a visit
The Museum of the province of Kan Hoa or Kan Hoa (Khanh Hoa Museum) is something like a local history or local ethnic museum, where exhibits of the Cham nationalities are collected - residents of the powerful Cham kingdom and one of the small tribes of Raglai.
Vietnam is home to 54 ethnic groups, each of which has its own national characteristics. The largest of which is the Viet, they make up more than 80% of the total population. In the province of Can Hoa, to which the city of Nha Trang belongs, there are 32 ethnic groups. Two of them are presented here.
In the halls of the museum you can see about 200 exhibits, including documents, photographs, artifacts, musical instruments, clothing, household items, demonstrating the cultural life and customs of the peoples of Cham and Raglay.
Unfortunately, despite the large building of the museum, its exhibition is not large. But despite this, it is quite interesting. The information is duplicated in English. Perhaps we will not recommend to get here without fail for the sake of a maximum of a 20-minute walk through several rooms of the museum. However, if you are walking nearby one day (the museum, by the way, is located across the street from the beach a little north of the city center, and almost every tourist walking along the shore passes here), then take a look here by all means, especially since the entrance to the museum is free. There is a small outdoor photo exhibition in front of the entrance.
