Tourist information about the village of Rybachye in the Crimea

General information

Selo Rybachie located on the southeastern coast of Crimea on the road connecting Alushta and Sudak (Rybachye on the map of Crimea). Administratively belongs to Alushta and it is part of Greater Alushta. The population is about 1500 people.

Rybachye is located in that picturesque part of the coast where two rivers meet-Anachuk and Andus. Their waters flow amicably into the sea, which is just a stone's throw from Rybachy. Nearby settlements are also small in area. This is Solnechnogorskoe and Malorechenskoye. A little further are larger cities-Alushta and Sudak. And three kilometers away is the popular tourist resort of Kanaka.

Currently, Rybachye is considered one of the most environmentally friendly areas. Large ports are located further away, so the Bay near Rybachy is not polluted. And the picturesque nature, warm climate and abundance of greenery turns this settlement into one of the most cozy corners of the Crimean coast. Rest here is mostly beach, there is little entertainment, there are no attractions. The overall impression of Rybachy is a resort village, and quite battered by time. At the same time, Rybachye is the largest and most developed resort in the area between Sudak and Alushta.

Beaches in Rybachy

Rybachy Beach has a length of more than two kilometers, so even at the height of the season it is not crowded. The village is located directly on the shore, several paths lead to the beach, you can get there on foot. It is difficult to call the beach beautiful, rather, unfortunately, on the contrary: along most of the beach runs the P29 highway, it separates the coast from the village; the entire coastal strip is built up with buildings of cafes, shops and mini-hotels (boathouses) with access directly to the sand, and many of them are under repair or in a dilapidated state. But there are no ugly concrete structures and fences dividing the beach into sections, as on many urban beaches of the Crimea.

The beach itself is strewn with small pebbles, a few meters from the shore in places gray-yellow sand. The entrance to the water is convenient, not steep, so it is comfortable to relax with small children.

Entertainment and attractions

In the high season, you can go yachting, catamaran rides, water skiing or motorcycles. There are traditional banana rides, water slides. Locals will be happy to show you good fishing spots. And five kilometers from Rybachy, in the village of Malorechenskoye, there is a large diving center. For diving, the Bay of Love in the West is perfect.

The whole list of entertainment in the village itself consists of one single item: relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea. Of the local attractions, tourists must be shown a picturesque waterfall and a cozy Juniper Grove.

But they come here precisely in order to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy peace and quiet. Those who have time to miss clubs, bars, museums and parks can get to the neighboring resort of Kanaka, or take a suitable bus to Alushta (half an hour on the way).

There are no attractions in Rybachy, but you can see interesting places in the district. So, you can get to Alushta by bus and see some of its sights (see sights of Alushta). You can also visit Valley Of Ghosts and Funa Fortress (you will have to change at the Alushta bus station); temple and Museum of water disasters in malorechensk; go to djur-djur waterfall or to zelenogorye. Infrastructure

The infrastructure in Rybachy is well developed for the village. In fact, this is a real resort area, and not just a village. Food and daily necessities can be purchased at local shops. There are few restaurants, but many small cozy cafes along the coast, in the center next to the bus station there is a food point of the "Home-Style Dining" network popular in the Crimea. In the evening you can relax in places with music (traditional for such places "pop music" and "chanson", nothing progressive). There are a couple of pharmacies, a market, and many shops with goods for tourists and souvenirs. In general, there is everything for a full-fledged resort holiday without excess.

In Rybachy there are several dozen hotels, prices are reasonable. Usually for the high season, inexpensive good accommodation is booked in advance, almost in May. Even if you can not find accommodation in the hotel, in the village you can easily find housing in the private sector. Both rooms in apartments and whole houses are offered.

The bulk of the hotels and accommodation are across the street from the beaches, with only a few hotels and boathouses directly on the shore. But do not necessarily strive to settle next to the beach, because in addition to the higher price closer to the shore is also more noisy and dirty, while just a kilometer into the village there is a quiet village atmosphere. And do not particularly rely on the view from the room to the sea, because in most cases you will just see a narrow strip of water across the road.

In the western part of the beach (from the side of Alushta) there is a campsite for those who like to relax with tents. For a small fee, parking and a place for a tent, water, shower, toilet are offered. Amenities are minimal, but the price is appropriate.

Weather and tourist seasons in the village of Rybachye

The beach season in Rybachy lasts from May to September. Already in early May, you can sunbathe and relax on the beach, but it is still cool for swimming. By the end of May, the water warms up, and the real bathing and high season begins, which lasts from July to September.

How to get there

Rybachye is located on the R29 Road 28 kilometers from Alushta on the road to Sudak. You can get here only by local suburban buses or taxis. Bus service connects the village with at least Simferopol, Alushta, Sudak, Yalta (one flight per day), Sevastopol.

You can get from Simferopol airport by bus, but you will have to make a transfer in Simferopol, Alushta or Sudak.
