How to get to Koktebel in Crimea

In Koktebel you can get by bus or taxi, other modes of Transport do not go here. The village is located near Theodosia and it is part of Greater Feodosia, so most routes here lead through this city. But given that this is a very popular resort, you can get here by public transport and directly from the airport and other major cities. Direct flights connect the village at least with Simferopol airport, Simferopol, Sudak, Kerch, P. Red Army, P. Kurortnoye and Theodosia.

Even if for some reason you don't find a direct bus to Koktebel, to get to it through Feodosia will not be difficult, although you will have to make several transfers.

All buses to Koktebel arrive at the bus station, which is located on the main road (Lenin Street) at the intersection with paratroopers Street (Koktebel bus station on the map). According to the schedule, this bus departs every 20 minutes, but in practice, in the daytime, drivers arrange a big lunch for themselves, and you can wait for the bus for more than an hour.

From Simferopol Airport and Simferopol to Koktebel

Koktebel via Feodosia

It is more convenient to get to Koktebel through Feodosia because there are many more flights to Feodosia from other cities and the airport. But you have to make a couple of transfers or take a taxi at the last stage of the route.

First you need to get to Feodosia by intercity bus to the intercity bus station (see how to get to Feodosia). Leaving the bus station on the Main Street Fedko, you need to take the city bus number 2 (payment of 10 USD) and get to the final bus station of suburban buses. At the end you need to transfer to route No. 101 (payment 24 USD).

You can also get from the bus station of Feodosia to Koktebel by taxi for about 400 rubles after bargaining.

Transport in Koktebel, what to use

Koktebel is a small village, and there is no public transport. You can move on foot, and you will have to use a taxi, except only during arrival in Koktebel.

To get to the beach of a quiet bay, you can use a private minibus, which departs from the bus station for occupancy, 80 rubles, 10 minutes on the way.
