AbkhaziaGega waterfall
Geghi waterfall is the largest and most beautiful waterfall of Abkhazia. It is located at an altitude of 530 meters above sea level, a height of 70 meters. Its peculiarity is that it breaks out of the rock, not from the top. The waterfall is interesting because it was filmed several times in the cinema. The trip to the waterfall is a rather extreme route, since the last seven kilometers of the way to it pass along a mountain road that can only be overcome by Jeep. Waterfall maiden's tears
Waterfall maiden tears is quite unusual, formed by a lot of jets and even drops of water falling from a small height on a vertical rock. At the same time, it is stretched for several tens of meters right along the road leading to Lake Ritsa. This is the first attraction on the route towards the lake and the Ritsa National Park, and all excursions and independent travelers stop here for a few minutes.

🚶 How to get there: the waterfall is right along the road to the mountain lake Ritsa (waterfall maiden's tears on the map) about 20 kilometers from the center of Gagra and even before the paid entrance to the National Park, so it is available for free. Waterfall of male tears
The waterfall of men's tears, as well as "Girl's tears", is located on the road to Lake Ritsa, only a little further, 30 kilometers further along the way, and already on the territory of the Ritsa National Reserve. Here the water flows in a thin stream, as if reminding that men's tears are stingy. But in addition to the waterfall itself, which is actually not very spectacular, there is a very beautiful forest in the vicinity, which is worth a walk. Waterfall Milk
The Molochny waterfall is located in the Ritsa National Park near the eastern shore of Lake Ritsa, where the waterfall river flows into the lake. This is because the Waterfall consists of several Rapids and bends around many stone ledges, as a result of which the water boils strongly and fills with air, becoming white. Bird's Beak Falls
The bird's beak waterfall is quite picturesque and beautiful, it is located next to Lake Ritsa right next to the road, a little further than the lake, so most tourist groups do not reach it. But all tourists and travelers moving towards the Valley Of The Seven Lakes, Lake mza and Auadhara certainly pass by this waterfall. Gup waterfall
The GUP waterfall is also called Aquarash and Ashtada, but we do not know exactly what its name is. Locals call it simply Gupsky. It is located in a narrow gorge on the GUP River, and has an unusual appearance: the water in it does not fall from a height, but flows down the rock in a powerful stream, and only at the very bottom breaks into free fall. At the base of the waterfall formed a fairly large pool where you can swim. These places are also known for the fact that here on the banks of the river right on the surface there are deposits of blue clay, which is used for cosmetic purposes. You can only get there by your own transport, and to find it, it is best to use the Navigator and the help of local residents. You can drive almost to the waterfall itself (the landmark is the old broken bridge over the GUP River), and then walk along the river for about 500 meters.
