The Red Canyon is located about 25 kilometers north of the resort area of Mui Ne on the way to the famous white dunes. This place, unremarkable at first glance, can even be overlooked by driving past it on the highway. From the road it looks like just a small crack in the ground, but if you go down to the bottom, its scale is impressive. The canyon stretches towards the shore for 2 kilometers, and theoretically you can walk along its bottom to the very shore, although you will have to overcome almost 2 kilometers.
Tourists stop here for just a few minutes to take a walk and take beautiful photos. Be sure to go down to the bottom of the canyon to feel its size, and walk a little deeper. The red clay walls here are generously covered with inscriptions like "Vasya was here", love confessions and the like, and there are a lot of inscriptions in Russian. There is no tourist infrastructure near the canyon.

🚶 How to get there
Mui Ne Red Canyon is located about 25 kilometers from the resort area (Red canyon on the map). You can get here by rented transport or with an excursion towards the white dunes. Not all excursions make a stop here, so check it out. Attention! On the way to the red canyon, there are several more small canyons near the road. Do not confuse them with the real red canyon, it is the largest.
