Description and is it worth a visit
Victoria Museum is the only museum in Nuwara Eliya, and a rather conventional museum. In three halls there are photographs and documents telling about the history of the city and the appearance of Victoria Park. Inside, for some reason, you can not even take photos, although by and large there is nothing to photograph there. You can safely skip this place, or look for a maximum of a couple of minutes during a walk in the park.
🕐 Working hours
From 07:00 to 18:00.
💵Entrance fee / ticket price
The entrance to the museum is free, but you must pay 300 rupees for the entrance to Victoria Park (0.76 USD, see currency of Sri Lanka, exchange rate), = 150 rupees.
🚶 How to get there
The museum is located in Victoria Park, after the entrance from Uda Pussellawa Street next to the ticket offices (Museum on the map).
