One of the obligatory tourist attractions in Yalta we definitely include boat trips along the coast. You can skip the local zoo, do not go to the water park, but it is simply impossible not to take a boat ride, especially since it is not very expensive.
You can go on a boat trip from Yalta on regular motor ships that will take you to one of the resorts of Bolshaya Yalta, where you can swim and walk around the area, and therefore go back the same way or by bus. But much more interesting for holidaymakers are sightseeing or pleasure boats, the sailing program of which includes excursion service, stopping at notable places, usually a Swallow's nest, disembarking for swimming or swimming in the open sea. You can also book individual excursions according to the program you have compiled, or go sea fishing. As they say, for your money, local captains will solve any of your whims.
Sightseeing walking tours can be purchased from distributors on the streets or Yalta embankment, or walk to the ticket offices near berth No. 8 and No. 9 on your own. There is no difference in price, but distributors can sometimes get a discount on tickets. Tickets for cruise ships are sold at the same ticket offices. You can arrange an individual walk or sea fishing with local captains or touts who constantly "hoe" tourists on the waterfront in the port area.

Individual tours will depart at any time at your request, and cruise ships and walking tours depart according to schedule. Since it changes during the season, it is better to check on the spot at the ticket offices of berth No. 8 and No. 9. For a guideline, here is part of the schedule in 2023:
- Yalta-Sevastopol – twice a day in the morning and in the evening, the price starts from 1000 rubles.
- A boat trip to the Swallow's Nest (without going ashore) – every hour and a half, the cost starts from 600 rubles.
- Boat trip "Palaces of the South Coast" (without going ashore) – every hour, cost from 600 rubles.
- Boat trip to Gurzuf (without going ashore) – 6 times a day, cost from 800 rubles.
