Lenin embankment, or simply Yalta embankment is the main place for walking around the city. It is on the embankment and next to it that all the tourist fun takes place, and it is here that the spirit of the resort capital of the Crimea is felt like nowhere else. Both in the afternoon and in the evening something happens here, but especially in the evening: attractions work; rental of children's bicycle and electric cars, bicycles, roller skates and gyroscuters; offer to take pictures in an embrace of full-length dolls; local artists exhibit their works and street artists give performances. There are a number of cafes and restaurants, although prices are high. But the early street restaurants in tents, where you could try inexpensive fresh seafood dishes, unfortunately, are now banned. If you walk along the embankment a little further from the pier, you can find several gaming salons for children and adults with slot machines. And of course, it's just nice to sit here and admire the yachts moored in the port and the lighthouse in the distance.
There are no beaches on the embankment and there is no opportunity to swim, with the exception of one small pebble beach 30 meters long near the chapel.
