In Yeisk there is a railway station and an airport, but at the moment (2020) passenger flights are not operated there, so you will have to go by plane or train with transfers to a bus, taxi or train. However, there are no difficulties with this, transport goes often.

By plane to Yeisk

Yeysk airport of joint basing does not accept passenger flights yet, although there are such plans. In the meantime, you can get to Yeisk by plane through the airports of Rostov-on-Don (230 kilometers), Krasnodar (260 kilometers) or Anapa (360 kilometers).   How to get from Krasnodar airport to Yeisk

  From the airport to Yeisk go 260 kilometers, which will take about 4 hours by car, and almost the whole day by bus with transfers.

  How to get from Rostov-on-Don airport to Yeisk

  A taxi ride to Yeisk will cost from 4000 rubles when ordering through the Yandex. money app and more when ordering on the spot. Or you can pre-order a ready-made tourist trasnsfer from kiwitaxi.ru by car, and then the driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival.

  If a taxi is too expensive for you, you will have to take buses with a transfer in the city. Here is the instruction:

  • From the airport by bus number 700 you need to get to the final stop "Privokzalnaya square". No. 700 runs from 07:00 to 02:30 every 40-60 minutes, 1 hour on the way, the fare costs 100 rubles. From the final stop, a five-minute walk to the Rostov bus station.

  • From the Rostov bus station several times a day there are large buses and minibuses to Yeisk. The fare starts from 480 rubles, 3-5 hours on the way, depending on the flight and bus class. The departure schedule varies seasonally, but in general there are at least 10 flights daily, so you can come and buy tickets for the next flight on the spot. By train to Yeisk

There is a railway station in Yeisk, but long-distance trains do not run to it (railway station on the map). Every day there are only three trains to the station Starominskaya-Timashevskaya in the village of Starominskaya, see the schedule below. The journey is an hour and a half, the fare is 189 rubles, a discounted ticket is 94.5 rubles.

Accordingly, to get to Yeisk by long – distance trains, you will have to go with a transfer, and the best option is the above-mentioned Starominskaya-Timashevskaya station in the village of Starominskaya. How to get from the railway station Starominskaya-Timashevskaya to Yeisk

• By train for an hour and a half and 189 rubles (see the schedule below).

You can get to Yeisk by bus from the cities of the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov region. The route network is not small and includes large cities and popular resorts: Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Goryachy Klyuch, Gelendzhik, Anapa, Kabardinka.

The route from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-On-Don passes along the toll Federal Highway M4-don. Transport in Yeisk, what to use

• On foot

  The tourist (coastal) part of Yeisk is not very large, so you can do without transport. Transport may be needed to travel to a bus station or railway station, or to remote areas of the city, for example, to the Yeisk spit.

• By taxi

  Yandexgo (now yandekgo), Uber, and RedTaxi apps work in Yeisk. The cost of the trip starts from 50 rubles in the daytime. You can also catch a taxi on the street or in parking lots near tourist places, but it is more expensive.

• By bus

  The local bus system includes at least 10 urban and almost 20 suburban routes. City trains run often from 06:00 to 20:00, suburban trains on a schedule. Travel costs 18 rubles, paid in cash in the cabin.

  Here are the most useful routes for tourists:

  • No. 2 and No. 14-from the city center to the Central Beach.
  • No. 4 and No. 7-from the city center to Kamenka beach and Primorsky Park.
  • No. 121-from the city center to Dolzhanskaya.

  In general, the main center point for boarding and transferring between different routes is the Stop "Gostiny Dvor" or "center" on Karl Liebnecht Street. So if you need to get somewhere, and there is no direct bus, then go to this stop and take another bus there.

• Bike rental

  Oddly enough, renting bicycles in Yeisk is not very common, you will have to look for a rental. But the prices here are significantly lower than in other resorts of the region: from 100 rubles/hour and 500 rubles/day.
