Kazan can be reached by intercity bus from many nearby regions and cities. In terms of price and time, a bus ride does not differ much from a train, but it is inferior in comfort. Therefore, we recommend using the bus only if there are no trains from your city to Kazan, or the bus is more suitable according to the schedule.
Intercity flights arrive in the city at one of three stations:
- Central Bus Station. Ul. Devyataeva, 15 (train station on the map). Serves the following destinations: Moscow, Ivanovo, Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod. Schedule here.

If you have to use paid parking, then hourly payment is made using a mobile application, SMS or a bank card at the parking meter (more details parkingkzn.ru).
The roads in the tourist center are narrow, many one-way directions, double solid lines with no way to turn around. Personally, our opinion (the authors of the site) is that it is more convenient for tourists to move around Kazan on foot or by public transport. In the city and at the entrances to it, there are a lot of cameras for automatically recording violations of speeding, driving on Red, leaving the stop line.
