Granite Canyon or Granite Gorge (also Blockhouse Gorge) can be seen on the way from Dakhovskaya village to Hamyshki or Guzeripl. It is quite long, and throughout several kilometers along the road there are several viewing platforms on the Belaya River, squeezed in the grip of steep granite slopes. The depth of the gorge reaches 200 meters.
It is not necessary to come here specifically during your vacation in Adygea, but if you drive by car towards Guzeripl, it is worth making a stop at one of the viewing platforms, photos in good weather turn out wonderful. You can also do rafting on the part of the river along the canyon, but this should be done only with experienced instructors, it is too dangerous for independent rafting on the river here. Rafting services are offered in hotels and on the streets Kamennomostsky, Dakhovskaya, Khamyshek, as well as right along the road upstream of the Belaya River (towards Guzeriplya).

🚶 How to get there
the canyon is located between the village of Dakhovskaya and the village of Khamyshki along the highway (Granite Canyon on the map). You can only get here by private car or taxi. For 4 kilometers of the canyon there are several observation decks with Parking, a spring will meet, and at the end (closer to Dakhovskaya) there is a branch of a dirt road to the tunnels and to the "glade of gold diggers".
