How to get from Adler to Sochi

Adler and the center of Sochi are separated by 30 kilometers, which can be overcome by trains, city buses, taxis, rented transport (carsharing). By and large, whichever of these methods you choose, during the day you can safely drive to the center, take a walk and return in the evening. But we recommend, if possible, to use trains as the fastest way, if they suit you on schedule. It is worth taking the bus if you are not in a hurry and really need to save money.

City buses

Buses between Adler and Sochi run from 06:00 to 22:00, some routes from 06:00 to 19:00. They go often, so it's not necessary to adjust to the schedule, but you can just come to the stop and wait. During the day between Adler and the center of Sochi runs at least 18 trains in the period from 04 to 23 hours.
