What to Expect and Is It Worth Visiting

Imereti embankment in the village of Sirius – one of the longest and most comfortable among the Sochi resorts, its length is almost 6 kilometers. It is great for hiking and cycling, but not all over it is equally developed. The most pleasant and well-equipped part is about 4 kilometers in the central part Sirius island. There are shops for recreation, exits to the beaches, cafes and restaurants. Excursions, fast food, draft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are sold. The embankment itself is decorated with palm trees, in the evenings it is beautifully illuminated. And there is a monument to the creators of Olympic facilities and singing fountains. In general, it is safe to say that this is the most "party" tourist place in Imereti, so almost certainly most of the time during your vacation you will spend here. Just be careful when walking: unfortunately, despite the dedicated lane for bicycles and electric scooters in practice, they race across the entire width and there are cases of hitting pedestrians. Keep an eye on the children especially and explain that you should not go into the bike lane.
