Description and is it worth a visit
Temple of the Holy See of Cao Dai (Tay Ninh Holy See, Cao Dai Temple) is the most important and largest center in Vietnam of one of the religious movements called Caodaism, widespread in the south of Vietnam. Located in the province of Tainin (Tay Ninh), which is 90 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
Kaodaism was formed in the mid-20s of the XX century in Vietnam. Religion combines five religious elements – Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Christianity and the cult of ancestors. A distinctive feature of this trend is the symbolic image of the left eye, which is found everywhere in the temple.
The unique architecture of the pagoda is very different from Christian, Buddhist, Chinese temples and pagodas. The temple has a long elongated hall, two tall towers and one bell tower. Decorated with many different bright and carved elements. There is a huge area around with various buildings, a stupa, a sacred tree, and sculptures.
Daily in the Holy See of Kaodai, you can watch the ceremonies taking place in 06:00, 12:00, 18:00 and 00:00 hours.
