What to Expect and Is It Worth Visiting
This is the departmental Museum of the Samara transport enterprise TTU, dedicated to the history of urban public transport in the XIX-XX centuries. He talks about the transport used by our grandfathers and great-grandfathers; why so many famous Samaritans sought for an electric tram to appear in Samara; how this transport influenced the culture of the city; how the tram lived and developed and became one of the best in the USSR and in Russia; how the trolleybus movement was opened and how it is better than a tram and bus. The museum consists of an open-air and indoor exposition. Old trams are displayed on the street, and inside you can see models of old trolleybuses, trams, photos, documents, awards.
You can visit the museum only after agreeing on a visit by phone. A free and very interesting tour is held. As part of the tour, you can even see the office premises, in particular, the repair shop.
