This museum operates at a branch of Sberbank of Russia. It consists of two small halls, one of which houses a not very large but beautifully designed collection of original banknotes and coins of Russia from the 12th to the 21st century, as well as coins and banknotes of other countries. In another hall there are authentic exhibits and archival documents telling about the appearance in 1855 and the development of the savings business in the Samara province to the present day.
Visiting the museum is only accompanied by a guide, the Tour must be booked in advance by Phone + 7 (846) 332-05-47. The tour, as well as the visit to the museum itself, is free of charge. Duration of the tour, from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
