Crystal Beach is the most central beach of Sevastopol, it is located just a kilometer from Nakhimov Square. Moreover, there are actually two Crystal beaches: one concrete and equipped begins already in Artillery Bay on Admiral Pereleshin embankment and stretches for almost 400 meters all over Cape Crystal, and the other rocky and wild is located in a small bay of the same name behind the cape ("Crystal" on the map).

The concrete Crystal Beach is well equipped: there are sun loungers, toilets, showers, a cafe and a promenade nearby, and indeed the entire city center with shops and tourist shops will be at hand here. True, there are no water activities here, after all, this is the water area of the port. The descent into the water takes place on concrete steps and metal stairs, and you will immediately get to a decent depth of two meters.
Although the beach is extremely close to the port, and there is urban development around, the water here is surprisingly clear. Although, of course, its transparency does not mean at all about its safety and cleanliness, so in our opinion it is still better to sunbathe here than to swim. Well, it's worth forgetting about a relaxing holiday here, especially in the evening or on weekends, when nearby cafes turn on loud music, and local tipsy young people gather on the embankment.
How to get to Crystal Beach in Sevastopol
Considering that "Crystal" is located in the very center of the city ("Crystal" on the map), it is best to get to it on foot. If you decide to come by car, there will be problems with parking, since there are very few places with free parking in the center. There is no equipped parking near the beach, and you will have to look for free parking spaces in the adjacent alleys, many of which have prohibition signs and tow trucks.
If you do not want to walk, you can use public transport to get them for 26 rubles (the price in 2023) to the stop "Artbukhta", "Kapitanskaya Street" or to "Lazarev Square" and walk a little. Such a transport is coming here:
