How and by what to get to Saki from the airport

The main and only passenger Simferopol Airport is located near the city of Simferopol, 40 kilometers from the city of Saki. You can get from the airport to Saki by bus, taxi, order a tourist transfer, or transfer by bus or train through Simferopol. Drive from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the chosen method.

The most convenient way is a taxi or a tourist transfer. The trip will cost from 1200 rubles. Taxis can be found on the spot upon arrival at the airport counter or on the street when exiting the terminal. But be careful, bargain, as private traders often inflate prices.

You can order a more comfortable taxi option - a tourist transfer. In this case, the driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival with a sign and take you to the hotel door. The order is paid online, the price is fixed for the entire car (minibuses for large groups are also available). Do not forget to specify special conditions when ordering, if you need them (child seats, transfer for the disabled). You can order via the form:

If you can't afford a transfer or a taxi, then you can get there by bus without much difficulty. You can get there directly, or with a transfer in Simferopol, but directly, of course, is more convenient and faster.

From the airport to Sak can be reached not only by buses directly to the resort, but also by any buses that go to Yevpatoria. Flights to Yevpatoria pass through Saki and drop off passengers either at the bus station in the center (bus station on the map), or on the Evpatoria highway.

The bus departs according to the schedule several times a day, costs from 80 rubles.

You can safely take any of the options (to the bus station or passing), because even with passing buses it is very easy to get to the center on foot in just 10 minutes, or take a taxi in the city directly to the hotel. And whichever option you choose, you will still have to go by public transport (buses No. 3 or No. 4) or by taxi to the zone on the coast, where the hotels and sanatoriums of Saki are located, since this zone is located a few kilometers from the center.

As a last resort, if it is not possible to take a direct bus, which often happens in high season, you will have to go with a transfer through Simferopol. To do this, you need to take city buses or trolleybuses to the AS-2 Resort bus station (12-20 rubles, 30-40 minutes on the way), and from there buses to Saki depart every 15 minutes, cost 80-120 rubles, depending on the comfort of transport.

There is also a railway station near the Kurortnaya bus station, from where trains costing 80 rubles depart three times a day. This is not the best option to go to Saki, since trains run longer than buses (1 hour 15 minutes), and the railway station in Saki is further from the center (railway station on the map). Another great option to get to Saki from the airport is to rent a car. There is a car rental office near the airport, and you can rent a car on arrival, but it's better to make a reservation in advance, because the most popular cars in high season are very well "disassembled".
