General information

Coastal (Pribrezhnoye) - a small village on the eastern coast of Crimea between the resorts of Yevpatoria (10 kilometers) and Saki (3 kilometers) (Pribrezhnoye on the map of Crimea. The village itself and its center are not on the shore, but along the beaches of the Black Sea for several kilometers there is a quiet but modern resort area built up with new hotels and guest houses.

The Pribrezhnoye village owes its existence to the decision to open a school for Salt Masters in this place in 1912. Indeed, nearby there are lakes where salt is mined, including the famous Pink Lake Sasyk-Sivash. The school itself is still functioning. True, it changed its name to the Agricultural College.

A busy highway runs along the coast, connecting Yevpatoria and Simferopol via Saki City. • Outside the village there are kilometers of wild beach in both directions, where vacationers with tents like to be accommodated.
• All hotels and inns in this place are modern, new. That is, in Pribrezhnoe there are simply no hotels left over from Soviet times.
• There is always an alternative: you can settle directly on the first line, which is separated from the beach only by the width of the embankment. • Pride of the village – Banana Republic water park. This is one of the largest water parks in Crimea, located in the western part of the village, closer to Yevpatoria.

Disadvantages in the village are minimal:

• There are no attractions. The nearest attraction is located near the city of Saki-the ancient settlement of Kara-Tobe.
