How to get to Divnomorskoe

Overview of ways to get there

Divnomorskoye resort is located on the Black Sea coast in the Krasnodar Territory, 195 kilometers from Krasnodar and 1520 from Moscow (Divnomorskoe on the map). The nearest major transport hub and large resort Gelendzhik is located just a dozen kilometers from Divnomorskoye, and it is through it that all routes pass here.

Gelendzhik has the nearest airport and bus station. Also by plane you can get here through the airports of Krasnodar or Anapa, but the last part of the way will have to travel a lot on the ground by taxi or bus. The nearest railway station is in Novorossiysk, but, again, from some cities and regions it is sometimes more convenient to go by train to Krasnodar.

By plane

Gelendzhik airport is only 20 kilometers from the resort, take a taxi or bus from 30 minutes (airport on the map). During the high season (in summer), direct and connecting flights from Moscow and the regions are operated to it, in winter the number of flights is reduced. The route program to Gelendzhik airport is very modest, so from many regions you will either have to fly with a transfer through Moscow, or choose alternative airport options – Krasnodar or Anapa. If you fly to the airports of Krasnodar or Anapa, then it is best to get to Divnomorskoye by taxi or with the help of a tourist transfer, since buses will have to make several transfers.

  You can use the services of an official airport carrier, you can order at the counter or in the parking lot. It will be cheaper to drive a car ordered through the Yandex. Taxi or Uber applications. The Citymobil application in Gelendzhik does not work yet (2020).

  As an alternative to a taxi, you can order a more comfortable transport - a tourist transfer. You can order it online, and then the driver will meet you at the airport after landing. Ordering is possible on these verified sites or via the search form from Kiwitaxi:

• By bus

  There are no direct buses from the airport to Divnomorskoye, you will need to make a transfer. First, from the airport, take a bus or minibus number 5 or number 16 (go every 20-30 minutes, the cost is 23 USD). You need to go to the first stop on Kirov Street in the center of Gelendzhik. From this stop you will need to go to the nearest stop on Lunacharsky Street, where you can take buses No. 30 or No. 102. These buses run every 40-60 minutes according to the schedule, the schedule is at the stop.

By train to Divnomorskoe

There is no railway in Divnomorsky and Gelendzhik, you will have to get here by train through Novorossiysk, where the nearest railway station is located (45 kilometers, railway station on the map). A lot of trains from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions go to it, additional flights are launched in the summer. Also, theoretically, you can go by train to the railway station Anapa (100 kilometers), Krasnodar (175 kilometers).

It is better to buy tickets for the summer season in advance a month or two before the trip, so it is Cheaper. Check the schedule and buy tickets better on the official website of Russian Railways or at the city's ticket offices. When buying through the site, it is better to first register in the Russian Railways bonus system in order to save points for the next trips.

Upon arrival at the railway station in Novorossiysk, Divnomorskoye will still have to travel 45 kilometers on the ground, which will take 1-3 hours, depending on traffic jams and the type of transport. It is best to go immediately by taxi or book a tourist transfer, since buses will have to make several transfers:

• By taxi

  It is better to order a taxi through the application or on the website kiwitaxi.ru, since the "Bombers" on the spot are asking for significantly more. If you still decide to "catch" the car on the spot, then at least bargain and do not agree to the first offers on the platform, and best of all go outside the station and negotiate with the drivers in the parking lot.

• By bus

  • 🕐 travel time-2-3 hours.
  • 💵 cost - from 100+23 rubles.

  There are no direct buses from the railway station in Novorossiysk to Divnomorskoye, you will have to make one or two transfers:

  • First you need to get from the railway station to the Novorossiysk bus station on Tchaikovsky Street, 15 (Novorossiysk bus station on the map. To do this, take a taxi or city trolleybus No. 6. Trolleybus No. 6 does not go directly to the bus station, you will have to walk a little more.
  • From Novorossiysk bus station during the day there are direct buses to Divnomorskoye and Gelendzhik. If you are lucky according to the schedule, you can immediately take the bus to Divnomorskoye (Novorossiysk flight).-Janhot, departure to 06:30, 11:00, 11:55, 15:30 and 19:10, the cost of 130 rubles, 2 hours on the road). Otherwise, you can take the bus to Gelendzhik (departure at least each, 1.5 hours on the way, from 100 USD). By the way, some buses to Gelendzhik go to the railway station, so you can sit on them right there. If you decide to go by bus, then First Take the city route No. 2, 40 or 6A to Kirov Street, and then change to No. 30 or No. 102 to Divnomorskoye.

If for some reason the train to Novorossiysk is not suitable for you or there are simply no flights from your city, then you can get here via Krasnodar or Anapa. It is more convenient to go through Krasnodar, because you will have to make fewer transfers. Upon arrival by train at the railway station Krasnodar-1, immediately after leaving the station building, you will get to the main bus station Krasnodar-1 or AC Krasnodar (see for more information on how to get to Krasnodar). At the bus station, you can take a direct bus to Divnomorskoye (depart only a few times a day, the schedule depends on the season), or take a bus to the Verkhny bus station in Gelendzhik (depart at least every hour, 4-5 hours on the way, from 500 USD), and from there by taxi or buses as indicated above. By bus to Divnomorskoe

Bus service connects Divnomorskoe only with Gelendzhik (city buses), and rare flights with Krasnodar. At the same time, there is no bus station as such: buses pass through the village and make several stops for disembarking passengers, and here you can not sit on them. In general, to get here from other cities and regions by bus, you need to go to Gelendzhik or Krasnodar.

• Via Gelendzhik

  Gelendzhik can be reached by bus from many cities of the Krasnodar Territory and neighboring regions, and during the summer season there are direct flights from Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of the European part of Russia. While it is generally cheaper to travel by bus than by train or plane, we recommend using this mode of Transport for long journeys (more than 12 hours) only as a last resort.

• Via Krasnodar

  There are much more buses to Krasnodar from long-distance destinations, but getting from Krasnodar itself to Divnomorskoye is more difficult, you may have to go to Gelendzhik first. Direct flights to Divnomorskoye from Krasnodar go during the low season (in winter) only 1 time a day), in summer the number of flights can increase to 2, but this is not guaranteed.

By car to Divnomorskoe

The route to Divnomorskoye from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Rostov-On-Don passes along the Federal Highway M4-Don with partially paid sections. This route is well equipped, it has a cafe, modern gas stations and a high maximum speed limit, which allows you to significantly reduce travel time. But the fare will be from 1720 rubles. Moreover, it is cheaper to go at night on weekends. See on the Rosavtodor website, and it also indicates how and where to purchase and use the transponder.

You can also go around the paid sections of the M4 on free roads, but then you will have to go through settlements with their traffic jams, which will take much longer.

After Krasnodar, the last 200 kilometers of the road can be driven along the M4 or A146. Both roads are free, and the same distance, but still the trip on the M4 is a bit faster.

In Divnomorskoye itself, it is better to park a personal car immediately in a long parking lot, and move around the village on foot or by taxi. The fact is that parking on the main streets and on the beach is very problematic here: there are prohibiting signs everywhere, video recording of violations is made. Paid parking for a long time costs 150 rubles/day, hourly parking near the beaches-50 rubles/hour.

Transport

It is most convenient for tourists to move around Divnomorskoye on foot, the distances here are small. For long trips, for example, to Gelendzhik, you can use a taxi or city buses.

Yandex. Taxi and Uber applications work here, and it's cheaper than "catching" cars on the road. There is also an inexpensive local taxi, which is ordered by phone. For long-distance trips, for example, to the railway station in Novorossiysk, you can use taxi services on ads, so sometimes it comes out cheaper. Such ads hang everywhere at transport stops and bulletin boards on the street, but it is better to book cheap trips in advance at least the day before the trip.

Four city buses (minibuses) pass along the main street of Kirov, the final one near the Polyclinic. They all go to Gelendzhik. Route numbers: №30, №102, №108, №117/2. The fare to Gelendzhik - from 30 rubles, go at least every hour.
