On the way to the Olginsky and Shakuransky waterfalls along the Military-Sukhumi Road, an old stone-brick tower will meet on the hill, which looks quite authentic. According to some sources, this is an old watchtower (indirectly this confirms its location at a height), and according to others, it's just a lime firing tower. We have not been able to find out exactly what it is, but we can assume that both options are available at once: first there was a watchtower, and then it was used as a lime tower. But this is not accurate.

Anyway, it's just an object next to which you can make a short stop for a couple of minutes on the way, and nothing more. On a steep path you can climb to the top of the tower, there are good views from there.
