Hasan Abaa Fortress -one of the few historical sights that tourists meet on the way to Lake Ritsa. The fortress was built in the 9th-10th century AD in order to control the approaches to the gorge. Indeed, the fortress is very well located on a high hill, and it is clearly visible from the road.
