Pongour Falls is one of the largest and most beautiful in Vietnam. During the rainy season, the water falls in a wide stream over many Cascades, and flows into the pool at the foot. In the dry season, the waterfall loses its power and becomes like many streams, but still retains its beauty. One bad thing: the waterfall is located at a distance of about 50 kilometers from Dalata. If you are in Dalat during the rainy season, by all means go to the waterfall, even despite such a long distance, a stunning sight is guaranteed for you. In addition, on the way to the waterfall, you will see beautiful landscapes, you will pass by coffee and avocado plantations.
Access to the territory of the waterfall is paid-10 000 VND. The territory is quite large and well-groomed, there are gazebos for rest and picnic, several cafes, rest houses. Organized parking (2000 VND). To the waterfall from the entrance will have to walk about 500 meters. If desired, you can swim in the pool at the foot of the waterfall, but in the dry season the depth is very small.
If you set a goal only to quickly look at the waterfall and go further, a little more than half an hour will be enough to visit it (not counting the time on the road). But if time allows you, you can stay here for a few hours, relax and walk around the neighborhood: here you can find and see a lot of interesting things.
💵Entrance fee / ticket price
10000 VND (see currency of Vietnam).
