Langkawi Falls is not a natural attraction, but a man-made spot often confused in guides and reviews with the neighboring Temurun Waterfall. The difference between them is fundamental: Temurun is a natural waterfall in the forest with a swimming pool, while Langkawi Falls is a decorative composition. Here, everything is man-made: the rocks (some of which are concrete), the pond, and the structure itself, built into a cliff with a tunnel cut through for the road. Water flows down from above directly over the roadway and then over the rocks towards the beach.
This place looks really stunning and well-maintained, but you can't relax here — swimming is not allowed, and there's really nowhere to do it anyway. It's more of a scenic photo stop for a couple of minutes to see and photograph this unusual waterfall cascading over the road. It's probably not worth a special trip, but if you're heading to Pasir Tengkorak Beach or Temurun Waterfall, you can take a look at it along the way — it's literally right on the route.

The waterfall is located in the northwest of the island, near Temurun Waterfall and Pantai Pasir Tengkorak beach (Langkawi Falls on the map). The most convenient way is by rented transport or taxi. There is no dedicated parking; you can just stop by the roadside — it's a popular spot, and cars often park along the road so drivers can get out and photograph the waterfall.
