Literary and Art Museum of the Old Crimea is located in an old house of the late XIX century, which in itself is a local landmark and architectural monument. At different times there was a merchant assembly, a seminary, the Gestapo, the Komsomol city committee and a kindergarten.

The museum's content is more like a provincial museum of local lore than traditional literary and art museums. The exposition occupies 2 floors. Among the exhibits are works of art, many paintings, including contemporary artists, documents and photographs of famous Crimeans. A valuable collection of archaeological finds collected on the territory of the Old Crimea and its environs, mostly from the Middle Ages. The guests of the museum will be particularly interested in the furnishings of the room of the early XX century.

We advise you to visit the literary and art museum with an excursion service, which will be conducted for you by the museum staff. During the tour you will learn a lot about the history of the Old Crimea, finds and people, thanks to which the city has become famous and attracts tourists.

daily, from 10:00 to 18:00, Friday – from 11:00 to 20:00.

💵 Entrance fee / ticket price

Adults – 200 rubles, children from 16 to 18 years – 150 rubles, children under 16 years – free of charge. Excursion service with an entrance ticket: adult – 300 rubles, children from 16 to 18 years – 250 rubles, up to 16 years - 100 rubles. Every third Thursday of the month is free for children from 16 to 18 years old, college students. The Pushkin card is valid.

There is a single ticket to visit all 5 museums included in the complex of the Voloshin Museum-Reserve – Voloshin House Museum in Koktebel, Green's House Museum in the Old Crimea, Paustovsky House Museum in the Old Crimea, Marina Museum and Anastasia Tsvetaeva in Feodosia, and the Literary and Art Museum in the Old Crimea. Tickets can be purchased at any of these museums, and visit all expositions within 14 days from the date of purchase.

An adult with an excursion – 1400 rubles, pensioners and children from 16 to 18 years old with an excursion – 1100 rubles, children under 16 years old with an excursion – 500 rubles.

There is a single ticket for visiting only 3 museums in the city of Old Crimea or a Single ticket Starokrymsky, including the house Museum of A.S. Green, the house Museum of K.G. Paustovsky and the Literary and Art Museum. Tickets can be purchased at any of the museums.

An adult with an excursion – 800 rubles, preferential and children from 16 to 18 years old with an excursion – 650 rubles, children under 16 years old with an excursion – 300 rubles.

🚶 How to get there

The Literary and Art Museum is located in the center of the Old Crimea on Svobody Street, 17 (museum on the map).
