Temple of the Sun near Foros is a place of power and a unique natural landmark on Mount Tyshlar with a height of 560 meters. It is a rocky hill with many winding paths that will lead you to the sacred place of this attraction - several stone blocks sticking out of the ground. They resemble the petals of a flower, in the center of which there is an altar stone. Therefore, sometimes this place is also called "Stone Flower". This is a natural natural formation, and there are no proofs and prerequisites for considering it man–made.

🚶 How to get there: The Temple of the Sun is located on the territory of Sevastopol, but the nearest resort from which it is easier to visit is Foros in Big Yalta (Temple of the Sun on the map). From Foros to the Temple of the Sun is 8 kilometers, from the center of Sevastopol is almost 40, from Balaclavas about 30. You can get directly to the Temple of the Sun only on foot, there is no way to get there by transport. There are several trails leading to it, the beginning of which is located on the Yuzhnoberezhnoye highway, this is the road that connects Sevastopol and Yalta. One trail starts near the stop "Cape Buzzard", the other near the stop "Laspi". You can get to these stops by your own transport or by intercity buses between Yalta and Sevastopol.
