Thomas Tower is the ruins of a medieval tower in Feodosia, of which, unfortunately, almost nothing remains (see photo). Nevertheless, it is a historical and architectural monument and one of the rare and little-known sights of Feodosia. In the past, it was part of the complex of the medieval Genoese fortress.
We will not necessarily recommend visiting it on purpose, but if you have already looked at all the places in the city and want to see something new, then you can walk to the ruins of the tower. It is convenient to visit it together with Mount Mitridat, the tower is located on its southern slope.

🚶 How to get there
The Thomas Tower is located on the southern slope of Mount Mithridates, which in turn is known for its observation deck on Feodosia (tower on the map). You can get here from the center on foot, for example, while walking to the Genoese fortress and other historical sites in the old part of the city. For reference, from the center from Galeriynaya Street to the tower is a little less than two kilometers. If it's too far for you, then you can take city bus number2 to the stop "Timiryazeva Street" or 1, 1a, 1b, 2a, 14 or 15 to the stop "Morsad", and from there on foot 10 minutes. There is also an easier and more interesting way to get here – it's to buy a sightseeing tour of the city on electric vehicles. These electric vehicles depart from Galeriynaya Street in the place where it rests on the embankment. The cost of the excursion starts from 1000 rubles / person.
