In fact, this is not even a house museum, but a museum-estate, since in addition to the house itself it also includes a courtyard and a garden. First of all, it is dedicated to the life and work of the poet, who spent two periods of his life here during his exile in 1837 and in December 1840. The museum presents his personal belongings, works, photographs, recreated the situation of that time. There are even handwritten works and drawings of the author.
It is interesting to visit the museum not only to get acquainted with the personality of the poet, but also to find out how they lived in the village 150 years ago. We highly recommend visiting it with excursion service, which is purchased for an additional fee when buying tickets.

- In summer (period 01.06 to 15.09) from 10:00 to 18:00, on Thursday from 10:00 to 20:00. Monday is a day off.
- In winter from 09:00 to 17:00. Monday is a day off.
The ticket office closes 30 minutes before the end of work. Group excursions (50 rubles each) are not carried out on a schedule, but as groups are formed. To get to it, it is best to approach the museum in advance and clarify when the next group will be. Individual excursions (500 USD) are held at a convenient time for you.
