In fact, there is only one beach here, and it stretches continuously within the city limits for about 3 kilometers, and for many kilometers beyond it to the village of Peresyp and Beyond and beyond. There are no paid beaches or medical ones with limited access in Golubitskaya. There are no pebbles, only beautiful yellow sand mixed with shells. It is quite large, which is why it is difficult to walk on it in places, but this does not affect the rest. The coast is mostly clean and well-groomed, the waves are small, and the slope of the bottom allows even children to swim. The water here is warmer than in the Black Sea, because the Sea of Azov warms up faster. In addition, there are no unexpected cold snaps due to the rise of cold layers of water from the bottom.
On the shore there are activities like trampolines and other simple children's attractions, but water activities such as bananas and jet skis are not developed here. There are cafes, fast food, beer and drinks are sold. Infrastructure and entertainment are concentrated in the places of access to the shore, and it is worth moving away a little, as it becomes quiet and sparsely populated. Infrastructure in the form of rental of sun loungers and umbrellas, toilets, changing rooms, showers is almost absent. Mattresses or bedding for relaxing on the sand, portable umbrellas for sun protection can be bought from the merchants when going to the beach.
But there are also disadvantages to the beaches of Golubitskaya. In some places, capital buildings and fences installed illegally are too close to the water, so it is simply impossible to sit on the shore for rest. Even worse, the dense (and apparently also illegal) development along the beach limits access to it, so that you can only get to the shore in a few places through the passages. Although it is customary to allocate separate sections of beaches with the names Golden, Coast beyond the Caucasus, nudist, Central, Youth, etc., in fact it is all one coast and beach. So for vacationers, this division into plots does not play any role, especially since they differ little in infrastructure, arrangement and amenities (except for nudist, of course). In addition, there is no border between different beaches, they are all available for free and without restrictions. Only passages to the shore from the main street, where infrastructure, entertainment, and vacationers are concentrated, matter. From the passage to the passage you can walk along the shore.
Where is it better to stay in Golubitskaya, in which place to choose accommodation
Golubitskaya is not a very large settlement, stretching along the beaches for less than three kilometers. But, despite the small size, the choice of an unsuccessful location of a hotel or apartment can spoil the whole holiday.
Due to the dense (possibly illegal) development along the beach, access to it is limited, as a result, you can only get to the shore in a few places. We marked the places of passage to the beach on our Golubitskaya map, and if you do not want to walk too far to the sea every time, try to choose accommodation closer to these passages, and ideally on the first line.
Another feature is the terrain. Golubitskaya is divided into upper and lower parts by a high cliff that runs along the coast. If you stop at the top, you will have to go down and up each time in order to reach the beach and all the tourist infrastructure, and there are only three passages there. But accommodation upstairs is much cheaper. On the map, the border between the districts (the same cliff) is represented by a line, and the upper part is to the south (below).
Accommodation in Golubitskaya, cost and where to book
There are a lot of accommodation options in Golubitskaya, because the whole settlement lives at the expense of Tourism. Here you can choose accommodation both in officially operating hotels and in the private sector. But keep in mind that there are no large hotels with territory and service and stardom here at all, and most of the options offered are mini - hotels, recreation centers and private apartments. Prices in Golubitskaya are very affordable, and even at the height of the season it is really possible to find accommodation cheaper than 1000 rubles per room, and from 1500 rubles per family 2+2.
If you travel by car and want to save money, you can stay at one of the campsites. There are campsites with accommodation in cabins or bungalows within the resort (Oasis). Along the beach and the road towards the village of Peresyp there are many car camps where you can stay in your tent.
