Musa Jalil's apartment Museum – two small rooms in the apartment where the famous Tatar poet and journalist Musa Jalil (1906-1944) lived. The museum recreates the atmosphere of his family's life, presents objects and personal belongings of the poet, a personal library, photographs.
A separate room is given over to the exhibition hall, where the children's exhibition "visiting Musa" works. The room is decorated in the form of a hut with ornaments of Tatar life, in which the writer was born.
Every year, on February 15, the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan hosts the "day of the original", where the famous "Moabite notebooks" written by M. Jalil in fascist dungeons are exhibited.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday – from 10:00 to 18:00, Friday – from 10:00 to 17:00, Monday-closed. The ticket office closes an hour earlier. First Tuesday of the month, February 15 and August 25-admission is free.

Adult-80 rubles, reduced-40 rubles, children under 18 years-free of charge. Excursions - from 100 rubles per person.
🚶 How to get there
Musa Jalil's Museum-apartment is located a little away from the main attractions and the pedestrian Bauman Street on M. Gorky Street, 17, apartment No. 28 (Museum on the map). From the end of Bauman Street and the Metro station Ploshchad Tukaya it is 1 kilometer or 15 minutes on foot, and from the main entrance to the Kremlin you will have to walk one and a half kilometers. Nearby there is a stop of city buses No. 10, 30, 35A, 54, 63, 91 and trolleybuses №№ 3, 5, 7, 8.
