In general, there is no embankment in Makhachkala as such, but if you go from the city beach through the railway tracks to the opposite side, you will get to Rhodope Boulevard – a place for walking in addition to beach holidays. In the summer season, the boulevard is especially beautiful: lots of greenery, flowerbeds with bright flowers, a fountain and benches. It stretches parallel to the beach and leads to the City Garden, part of which is occupied by the Philharmonic building, monuments to A.D. Daniyalov, V.I. Lenin are installed.
The length of the embankment on Rhodope Boulevard is not very large, about 300 meters, but there is a Playground, a coffee shop in the form of Petrovsky Lighthouse, fast food for sale. And if you go further along the boulevard beyond the City Garden, you will get to the S. Stalsky Boulevard . This is also a beautifully designed and pleasant don for walking with places to relax in the shade, a fountain and a monument to the poet Suleiman Stalsky.
