The Museum of Military Glory and the Alley of Heroes named after V.V. Makarova is dedicated to national heroes who participated in various military operations, starting with the Great Patriotic War and up to the present. It is small, opened in 1981. Among the exhibits are authentic documents, personal belongings, letters, photographs, orders and medals, finds discovered by search teams. Unfortunately, his collection continues to grow.
The main exposition is devoted to the exploits of Dagestanis during the Second World War. They do not forget about the heroism of fathers and sons who fell in the armed conflicts of our time. When examining the exhibited items, one feels sorrow and sadness for those who have not returned from the battlefield – this is the main difference between the museum and the rest.
