Although Guzeripl is considered the best starting point for entering the Caucasian Reserve from Adygea and is widely known as a stopping place for tourists, in fact, there are very few attractions here. Here is the best museum in the Republic of Adygea – The Nature Museum of the Caucasian Reserve. On its territory there is also a dolmen, and there is a rope park with several routes of various levels of difficulty. And there are no more interesting places directly in the village.
In Guzeriple, the border of the Caucasian reserve passes, and you can take a simple walking route along one of the routes to get acquainted with its unique flora and fauna. However, most tourists are much more interested in more complex routes through the Reserve, which originate from the UZURUB checkpoint on Yavorova Polyana, where they will have to get from the village by transport, although the most experienced tourists can make a march to it with a length of almost 20 kilometers. Even a one-day walk through the Reserve from the checkpoint on Yavorova Polyana will allow in the summer to get to the remnants of the glacier and touch the winter snow under the scorching summer sun, see the most beautiful mountain landscapes and alpine meadows, not to mention the routes to the peaks of Fisht, Oshten, pshekha-SU, or hiking with access to the Black Sea.
Further details about all the attractions in Guzeriple, indicating the cost of visiting, opening hours and ways to get to them, and other attractions of Adygea can be found here.
