Thermal natural mineral water, saturated with useful elements, comes from the bowels of the Earth from depths of more than one kilometer. In some sources, this water is intended only for bathing, and in others it can be drunk, but only under the supervision of specialists.
Of course, you should not expect to get a miraculous healing effect from visiting the springs in one or two receptions, and rather consider it as just a pleasant addition to rest while traveling in Adygea. If you purposefully want to get a therapeutic or cosmetic effect from them, you will have to undergo a full course of procedures, including not only taking hot baths, but also massage and other spas.
Unfortunately, we (the authors of the site) could not find hot springs in Adygea that operate independently (not on the territory of hotel complexes or tourist bases), and where you can simply come from the side and take a bath for a reasonable fee. All of them are located in medical and health complexes and sanatoriums, and are mainly focused on comprehensive treatment for clients of these institutions. You can also get into them "from the street", but the price for a one-time visit is prohibitively high. Therefore, it is much more profitable to stay in these hotels or complexes, and take baths without restrictions. Here is where to find these sources:

Resort Cedar Forest
At this hotel you can take a dip in the large pool with hot mineral water. Guests can use it for free, and for tourists from the side the cost is from 250 rubles per hour, children 6-12 years old from 150 rubles per hour, children under 6 years old for free. On weekends and holidays, prices are higher.
Silicon therms
This thermal balneological Spa Resort is located near Maikop (36 kilometers), although in fact it is already a territory Krasnodar Territory. It is located away from major cities in the village of Yaroslavskaya. The complex subjectively corresponds to a four-star hotel, although no official classification has been assigned.
In addition to hot water pools and spa treatments, there is fishing, a mini zoo, a walking trail through the forest, playgrounds, a sauna and a hammam, and even a river beach. The room rate includes bathing in thermal pools, meals and other services. The cost of spa treatments should be specified in advance.

This is a tourist and wellness complex with healing pools of mineral hot water. The cost of swimming in the pool is from 250 rubles per hour for adults, children 5-12 years old from 150 rubles per hour, children under 5 years old for free. There is also an unlimited stay of 600 rubles. On weekends and holidays, prices are slightly higher.

Recreation Center "White Nights"
A recreation center with all the amenities for a long stay, just do not think that the prices here are lower than in resorts or sanatoriums. Rooms cost from 4000 for two without meals on weekdays. There is an outdoor swimming pool with hot water, which you can swim in all year round. Unfortunately, there is no information about the visit from the side.
Aquatermo thermal springs
Aquatermo Recreation Center is one of the most inexpensive options for accommodation, room prices for the promotion start from 2400 rubles, if you, of course, can book it. But even without shares, the price for a room starts from 3600 rubles for two.
Pools with thermal water can be visited "from the street" at the standard price for these places: 250 rubles per hour for adults, children 7-14 years old from 125 rubles per hour, children under 7 years old - free of charge. On weekends, prices do not change.
